Adrien Lastic Amuse Vibrating Butt Plug Review

The Adrien Lastic Amuse Vibrating Butt Plug (available from Bondara) really caught my eye with its highly rippled shape. As both of us enjoy anal play I imagined that at least one of us would fall in love with its texture. I hoped I would be up to taking its length as it is longer than most plugs that I own.
Packaging
The Adrien Lastic Amuse Vibrating Butt Plug arrives in simple and sturdy packaging. The image on the front of the box shows the Amuse looking quite dark but the toy itself is actually a brighter shade of purple. The back of the packaging lists some of the toys features as well as providing some very accurate measurements of the toy. I can’t fault this packaging, especially as it provides important information like material info, cleaning info and the very exact measurements of the toy.
Material & Design
The silicone of the Adrien Lastic Amuse Vibrating Butt Plug has a lovely velvety soft finish. The first few inches of the toy have a flexibility to them and then the shaft gets thicker and more solid with its bullet vibrator inside creating a hard core.
The Adrien Lastic Amuse Vibrating Butt Plug is almost like a gentle introduction to anal beads. It has three balls along it shaft, each larger than the last. The final ball is really comparable to a ‘knotted’ toy as it is much larger than the other two. The base of the toy then has a flare making it safe for anal play.
Size & Use
At 5.7 inches in insertable length, the Adrien Lastic Amuse Vibrating Butt Plug is what I would call an intermediate anal toy. During my first play session with the Amuse the tip was small enough that it was comfortable to insert without much warm up. I only needed a small drop of water based lube at first but kept the lube bottle on hand knowing that the toy gets girthier.
With the first ball sliding in easily, inserting the second was even more stimulating. I then switched on its vibrations in order to warm myself up with a few minutes of gentle play before attempting the final ball which was a leap for me. Even the first two balls of the Adrien Lastic Amuse Vibrating Butt Plug proved to be highly stimulating.
How It Feels
With lots of lube and some gentle teasing I managed to comfortably stretch to take the full insertable length of the Adrien Lastic Amuse Vibrating Butt Plug. The flared base felt secure and the stretch of taking the third ‘ball’ felt comfortable but fulfilling.
The bullet inside the Adrien Lastic Amuse Vibrating Butt Plug is powered by one AAA battery so as you might guess it is not the most powerful. However, it does have lots of different settings to explore. Ten altogether. It boasts (on the back of the packaging) that this features a powerful motor but in reality the vibrations from it were weak and buzzy.
The vibrations were loud too and while it does indeed offer 10 different vibrations modes; none were rumbly enough to really do it for me. I found myself placing a different bullet vibe into the sleeve of the Amuse and that was when I was really blown away.
Bullet Issues
While I did love the ‘sleeve’ part of the Adrien Lastic Amuse Vibrating Butt Plug I have to say that the bullet didn’t quite live up to expectations. I have gone on to use the Amuse many times and while I have given it’s original bullet a chance; I have always ended up needing to replace it with a stronger bullet. If you require some rumble or power behind your anal toys I would suggest doing the same.
Rating
Settling on a rating out of ten for this toy was difficult as I loved the shape of the sleeve so much but couldn’t recommend the bullet. Overall I will still get lots of use out of this toy. At it’s listed price I would find it well worth buying and replacing the bullet if needed. So overall I’m very happy to have the Amuse in my collection and I’ve made it work for me by combining it with another bullet I already owned.
I would give the Adrien Lastic Amuse Vibrating Butt Plug a rating of seven out of ten. A fabulous shape for anal play but not one for power queens.
