As lovers of BDSM, when Bondara Lair, the new collection from Bondara, appeared on Cara Sutra’s Pleasure Panel we had to try something! The Bondara Lair Red and Black Leather Rose Flogger looked so much nicer than our previous floggers, so we volunteered to give it a test and a review!
When the Bondara Lair Red and Black Leather Rose Flogger arrived, straight away we were excited. This is a very well designed product, with good attention to detail. It feels luxurious, looks both menacing and enchanting, and has a glorious leather smell. It is made from high-quality goat leather, which feels rather soft, but has a weight behind it which promised to give some impressive sensations when put into use.
The handle of the Bondara Lair Red and Black Leather Rose Flogger is well crafted, the layered red and black leather sits comfortable in the hand. It grips well so should not slip, but the raised ends, also with layered leather detailed, should keep it in your hand, no matter how much fun you are having.
The tails, of which there are nine, are soft and flexible individually. They feel durable and strong. The rose detailing is executed well. It adds some very nice detail to make the flogger more special. Put together though, the softness changes to much firmer. A multitude of sensations can be felt from running your hand down the flogger.
Putting the Bondara Lair Red and Black Leather Rose Flogger into use was a fun experience. The solid grip and length of the flogger really helped me get into the scene. This is not a dainty little flogger, but a proper piece of BDSM equipment. It has a good swing to it. There are numerous options for how to use this flogger. Used lightly, the rose details caress, almost tickle. With a bit of a swing, you can get some sting out of it. With a proper amount of force, you can get a good thud. Running the strands over the skin can be scratchy from the layered leather.
You can use the Bondara Lair Red and Black Leather Rose Flogger on different body parts, though due to the large surface area of the 9 tails, precision can be lacking. Aiming for small areas can lead to surrounding areas taking a beating, whether it was intended or not. We were very happy with with how many ways we could use this flogger. It also sounds great. The slap from the 9 tails really adds to the effect.
A quick wipe down is all the Bondara Lair Red and Black Leather Rose Flogger needed after use, making sure not to get it too wet. The goat leather still looked great, so hopefully it will have a long life of heavy usage.
Conclusion
This flogger is excellent. We have a couple of smaller, simpler floggers that we enjoy using, but the size, quality, details and weight of the Bondara Lair Red and Black Leather Rose Flogger puts it in a completely different class. We would highly recommend it to anyone, beginners or more experienced kinksters. We look forward to using more of the Bondara Lair range if they can keep up with this quality!
