Sportsheets Metal Cock Ring Set Review (3 Pack)

Review of the Sportsheets Metal Cock Ring Set (3 Pack) by Clumsy Liability

Having never had erection problems I’d never considered using a cock ring but over recent years I’ve been given a few to try and found that whilst they don’t assist me with erection strength they do assist with delaying and heightening orgasm. These rings have ranged from the Durex Sensations type with a small vibrating bullet on (rubbish) to these, slightly more hardcore looking, Sportsheets Metal Cock Rings that I was kindly sent as a competition prize from a retailer which has since closed down.

Sportsheets Metal Cock Ring Set Review

These are easily the most impressive looking cock rings I’ve ever used and wearing one of these metal, shiny, dare-I-say beautiful rings instantly made me feel like I was brandishing a tool to be proud of. These are decorative as well as useful! An instant change to rubber ones I’ve used previously that make me feel like I’ve wrapped an elastic band around my member expecting the result to be sexy.

The added bonus of metal is that its rigid which means once it’s in place it doesn’t move about much so no pinching skin or pubic hairs. BTW my advice when using a cock ring is to remove all hair in that region, it’s really not pleasant when some get caught in the ring and pull when you’re getting down to it!

However, rigidity in this instance is also a bad thing. There are 3 rings in this pack in three differing sizes. If you follow me on Twitter you’ll know that I’ve mentioned that I don’t possess the biggest penis in the world in either length or girth which means that the largest of the three is useless to me. Think of Kate Moss using a hula hoop and you’ve roughly got the idea. I did think that it was intended to be used to over the shaft and the balls too but using it in this manner proved too painful so I stopped.

The medium ring in the Sportsheets Metal Cock Ring Set presents the same problem but not so extreme. This one is useful for decorative purposes but places no pressure on my shaft so is again useless for its real intended purpose.

That leaves only the smallest one available for my use which, in fairness, does the job well. Not great for my ego that only the smallest one works but I’m pinning my hopes on it being overly large sizes rather than my penis being smaller than I thought! This one has assisted in many a solid erection (not that I need assistance there of course) and has produced many a satisfying orgasm in both solo and joint play.

My overall advice? The rings in the Sportsheets Metal Cock Ring Set are decent, reassuringly sturdy items that are great for the money. Being metal they are easy to clean and look loads better than rubber ones but if you’re thinking of buying make sure you’ve sussed out the sizing issue.

For comparison, my penis is roughly the same girth as my partner’s rampant rabbit vibrator. Which, come to think of it, must mean I’m not that small after all!
