Giving up with this, I switched ends, turning on the consent vibration pattern at strength 4.  There was the oohhh and ahhh we were looking for.  Playing with this stimulation, the bulbous end gave her a nice feeling externally.  Using its size, I inserted the SVAKOM Nymph Vibrator into her vagina.
