Q: Please help! My partner and I are looking for a decent wrist/ankle restraint to enjoy a bondage hogtie or reverse hogtie situation, so I can be on my back legs spread and which gives her full access to my cock and balls.
Do you have any recommendations or maybe a bondage kit that would contain bondage hogties and a few other bondage sex toys to get us started on our kinky adventures?

I have tried a couple of the DOMINIX bondage sex toy pieces from Lovehoney and they’ve been excellent quality, so why not check out the DOMINIX bondage hogtie piece? There are trigger clips at the end of the 4 leather straps which can be affixed to your own choice of cuffs if they have O rings or D rings attached.

There is another option if you already have a few bondage pieces in your collection. Get a couple of double ended trigger clips and use them with some of the tethers you get in an under-bed bondage restraint system or similar. With the right bondage cuffs you can make your own hogtie piece by adjusting the straps to a length which is comfortable – or at least deliberately uncomfortable!
I haven’t seen any bondage kits which include a bondage hogtie piece – many of the bondage kits are for beginners to bondage. This is because manufacturing costs tends to rise along with both the quality and complexity of bondage sex toys – meaning that a box of beginner’s pieces can be budget friendly and affordable for most, but a box of 5-8 advanced/hardcore bondage items would probably be extremely costly.
Another factor is that at a more advanced level people want to choose each piece carefully according to their experiences and learned preferences, making a ready-made set less appealing than it would be to newbies.
A bondage hogtie piece is seen as a more intermediate or advanced bit of kit because it is a step up from simply having wrists or ankles bound separately. Freedom of movement is even more severely restricted while in the hogtied position (whether on back or on front), providing the consenting submissive with an alluring heightened state of vulnerability.
That said, many bondage kits include both wrist and ankle restraints which have integral D rings. If you’re not flexible enough to get your ankles and wrists that close together to connect them just with a couple of double ended trigger clip (we can’t all be Olympic gymnasts) then make use of some strong woven nylon tethers. If you’re up for an even more hardcore and chilling look and sensation, you could try some short chains instead of fabric.

Thanks for your comment and lovely words about the article. I have taken a look at the two products you’ve mentioned – I wouldn’t describe them as bondage kits though really? They are hogties with cuffs included. I’d say a bondage kit is a box of items – like 5,6,7 or more pieces… My own Fantasy bondage kit for instance includes a ball gag, blindfold, bondage rope, ankle and wrist cuffs, flogger.
