Back in 2018, We-Vibe celebrated their 10th anniversary with a glamorous limited-edition set: their best-selling Sync couples’ vibrator and the iconic Tango bullet vibrator, both finished in a brand new pearlescent Cosmic Purple, and tucked inside a beautiful zip-up play case that doubled as a charging dock. This is my original review of that collection, kept here as a record of the set and as a useful introduction to two of We-Vibe’s most loved sex toys, both of which remain in the range today (in updated forms).
Quick note on availability: the We-Vibe 10 Year Anniversary Collection was a limited 2018 release and is no longer in production. The Cosmic Purple colour was exclusive to this set. We-Vibe still produces both toys featured here, though both have since been updated. We-Vibe 10 Year Anniversary Collection: An Overview
High-tech adult product manufacturer We-Vibe celebrated 10 years of cutting-edge, fast-evolving, multi award-winning sex toys with this beautiful anniversary set. It paired two of their most popular toys in a fresh new colour, housed in an ingenious storage case that doubled as a charging dock.
Although We-Vibe are primarily known for their best-selling C-shaped couples toy, their range had grown by 2018 to include plenty of other designs (and has expanded further since). The We-Vibe Tango bullet vibrator in particular had already established itself as a cult favourite for powerful, portable pleasure, and continues to do so in its updated Tango X form.
The Anniversary Collection brought the Sync and the Tango together in one celebratory package, and it remains a great snapshot of what We-Vibe were doing well at the time.

The Cosmic Purple finish
We-Vibe created the Sync and Tango in a brand new colour specifically for this collection: Cosmic Purple. It’s difficult, maybe impossible, to capture the full beauty of this pearlescent purple through a camera lens. It’s truly beautiful. The shimmer responds to the light as you pick up and inspect each toy, both lustrous and lust-inducing in equal measure. If you happened to pick up the Anniversary Collection at the time, that finish is the thing that makes it most worth keeping hold of even now.
The Play Case (storage and charging dock)
The Play Case was the cleverest part of this set. A zip-up storage case that doubled as a charging dock for both toys. Plug the case in via the included micro USB cable, drop your Sync and Tango inside, and they charge while stored. No more fiddling with magnetic charging connectors that disconnect if you breathe on them (and yes, the original Tango’s standalone magnetic charger was famously fiddly, which is why this dock was such a welcome inclusion). We-Vibe quoted 90 minutes of charge for up to 2 hours of play.
Materials, waterproofing and warranty
Both toys in the Anniversary Collection were made with body-safe materials: silicone for the Sync, ABS plastic for the Tango. Non-porous, non-toxic, latex- and phthalate-free. Both fully waterproof, which makes them easy to clean and bath/shower friendly. Both came with We-Vibe’s 2-year warranty from time of purchase or registration.

We-Vibe Sync Couples’ Vibrator
The Sync isn’t just a wearable C-shaped vibrator for adding stimulation during PiV sex; it’s adjustable to fit your personal shape, which makes it noticeably more comfortable and effective than We-Vibe’s earlier couples’ vibes.
It’s controllable via the included remote and through the We-Connect app (on iOS and Android), which means a partner can take control from anywhere in the world. Long-distance relationships, this is your level-up. Body-safe silicone, fully waterproof.

We-Vibe Tango Bullet Vibrator
The Tango is THE bullet vibrator of choice for many people around the world, and it’s easy to see why.
8 vibrating settings, push-button operation on the base, and a low-power alert to warn you before it runs flat. The main attractions are that it’s both powerful and quiet, two features you rarely find together in one sex toy. Usually you have to sacrifice one for the other. The rumbly vibrations are delicious for clitoral stimulation but happily work anywhere else you want external stimulation too. Body-safe ABS plastic, fully waterproof.

My Verdict
The We-Vibe 10 Year Anniversary Collection was a particularly spectacular offering, as you’d expect for a product designed to celebrate a decade of sex toy industry success. The Play Case alone elevated it from “two toys in a box” to something genuinely thoughtful. The Cosmic Purple finish was gorgeous. And pairing the Sync and the Tango together gave you a couples’ vibe and a versatile solo (or partnered) bullet in a single set, which covers a lot of bases.
If you’ve still got one of these tucked away, look after it. The set itself is a piece of We-Vibe history. If you’re shopping today, the Sync 2 and Tango X are the current versions of these toys and both are worth your attention.
