Satisfyer Pro Traveller Intimate Massager Review

As a previous user of the original Womanizer W500 and 2Go Lipstick clitoral stimulator, I have been intrigued to see the emergence of the Satisfyer portfolio of products that seem to offer a very similar set of products at a significantly lower price. I was delighted to be able to give one a go via Cara Sutra’s sex toy tester program and put it to the test in comparison with its competitors. I have found the sensation that the Womanizer range can offer really intense and cannot seem to last particularly long before reaching an intense orgasm, so the Satisfyer Pro Traveller Intimate Massager really did have a tough task to live up to.

Packaging
When the Satisfyer Pro Traveller Intimate Massager arrived, I was really surprised to see how small the packaging was. The Womanizer can feel quite large in the hand and the Womanizer Lipstick Clitoral Stimulator is quite long, so I was impressed to see (especially with the travelling angle) that this toy would not be excessively big. The box is quite subtle in appearance, and despite the fact that it includes a large amount of information about the Satisfyer Pro Traveller Intimate Massager, it does not feel overbearing.
A closer inspection of the packaging shows details about the material that the toy is made from, the fact that it is waterproof rated and that it includes 11 different settings as well as a picture of the item itself.
In The Box
Once the packaging is open, the Satisfyer Pro Traveller Intimate Massager comes along with a magnetic charging cable (big fan of these), instruction booklet and the toy itself. As expected from the packaging, the toy is not massive, and it is discreetly shaped in a case that should keep it clean and protected whilst putting into the bottom of a suitcase/bag. The case is fastened by a magnetic connection.
First Impressions
So… the Satisfyer Pro Traveller Intimate Massager feels great. The outer case is made from ABS and is fairly smooth and soft to the touch, with a decorative trim and deep purple colour. The only other decoration is the Satisfyer logo on the outer casing and the two magnetic dots for charging. The parts that come into contact with your parts are all manufactured from silicone. They’re super smooth and soft to the touch, with a small amount of give to the material to increase the sensation of softness.
The nozzle of the Satisfyer Pro Traveller Intimate Massager is quite small, however, it is comparable with the nozzle on the 2Go Lipstick offering from Womanizer. As long as it is placed in the right place, it is not an issue as the direct target of the sensation is part of the attraction for this type of toy.
Operation
Turning the stimulator on (and off) is a breeze, simply hold down the + button on the toy for a couple of seconds and the Satisfyer splutters into life. I say ‘splutters’ as the noise these toys make always amuses me. Not really sure of what I can compare it to, however, it is quite a distinct sound. As you power through the 11 different settings it is really noticeable that this thing gets quite loud. However, once in place and covering the clit, it is somewhat muffled compared with me just powering on for a listen.
I tend to use these items with a little bit of lube to help ease it into the right position and I find that it causes me less irritation. A simple water-based lube is compatible with the silicone material that the body contact parts of the Satisfyer Pro Traveller Intimate Massager is made from. Also, not an issue for any of the ABS case material either.
How It Feels
Whilst using the Satisfyer Pro Traveller Intimate Massager, I was impressed with the different levels of intensities that this thing could throw at me. It starts very subtly, with a deep, shallow and gentle massage sensation. This low-level setting was very relaxing and a really gentle build up -not enough to tip me over the edge, but a nice gentle way to introduce the Satisfyer Pro Traveller Intimate Massager and then build up from there.
Building up through the settings, it was fantastic to see how intense the Satisfyer Pro Traveller Intimate Massager can become -and it really loses nothing in direct comparison with the Womanizer products that I already own. I would have liked a little variety on the programs, perhaps some pre-programmed routines rather than just intensity changes, however that really is finding a small fault amongst something that does live up to the billing.
Clean-Up
One direct comparison with the Womanizer W500 is that the nozzle on this toy is not removable or interchangeable unlike the Womanizer. However, I found the cleanup of the Satisfyer Pro Traveller Intimate Massager really easy with a little warm water, soap and then followed up with some sex toy cleaner. I wasn’t too confident putting it away in its casing until I was confident that the thing was completely dry.
Summary
In summary, I would say that I am really a big fan of this Satisfyer Pro Traveller Intimate Massager, and the price and quality of the product surely makes it a viable alternative to the Womanizer range. Being significantly cheaper would allow you to buy a number of specific Satisfyer products rather than a single Womanizer product.
