The One Thrusting Rabbit Vibrator Review
If you’ve been following my recent sex toy reviews, you’ll know I’ve been lucky enough to try out several products from The One sex toys range. I’ve already tried The One Rabbit Vibrator, and today I’m sharing my experiences with a slightly different bunny vibe from this collection. So, what extras does this rabbit vibe offer? How It Feels
At this point, after two mediocre experiences with products from The One sex toys range, I am desperate for a joyously erotic experience with one of the items I received. The One Rabbit Vibe, the other rabbit vibrator I reviewed from the collection, didn’t do it for me at all. Sadly, I have to report that despite high hopes for this thrusting version, it too has been consigned to the fail pile.
That’s not to say The One Thrusting Rabbit Vibrator is badly designed; it’s just badly designed for me personally. Maybe you’ll love it. We’re all different after all – your mileage may well vary.
The rabbit looks great and on paper it’s a wonderful sex toy. Despite being industry-standard pink colour, it’s a shocking pink which feels funky and modern. The toy is covered in body-safe, non-toxic, non-porous silicone material, the flexible material of choice for sex toy connoisseurs. It’s rechargeable and has two motors – one in the shaft and one in the clit stim area – each able to be controlled independently and offering 10 different vibrating settings, combining to provide a multitude of single or blended stimulation options.
Sound Level
My first issue with The One Thrusting Rabbit Vibrator is the noise output. The included leaflet states that the rabbit vibe has a max noise output of under 65 decibels, which Google tells me is somewhere between normal conversation levels and the sound of an open office. However, and speaking as a deaf person, the noise output from my particular thrusting rabbit vibe is certainly something. You can hear for yourself in my short video in the next section, when you reach the operation & settings part. I don’t feel comfortable using this sex toy with someone in the next room, even if I’m under a thick duvet and have the TV on. The thrusting motor makes a pronounced ratchety, mechanical noise which is difficult to ignore.
Misplaced Thrust
This leads me nicely to my next issue with The One Thrusting Rabbit Vibrator. In my opinion, it falls foul of the usual issue with hand-held thrusting toys. In theory, the user holds the toy and the insertable part thrusts in and out of the vagina in an intensely erotic fashion. Body weight in a stationary position, plus the tightness of the vagina (even with lashings of water-based lube) mean that in reality, the thrusting effect made my hand holding the toy move back and forth, rather than the shaft thrust in and out. It’s difficult if not impossible to keep my hand entirely still so that the thrust is felt vaginally rather than the power of this motor simply making my hand benefit – which isn’t at all what I’m after.
Split-Ear Design
My third issue with The One Thrusting Rabbit Vibrator originates from the clitoral stimulation area. I know it is something of a tradition for rabbit vibes to feature the split-ear design, but during use I typically fail to benefit from them in any erotic way. When the shaft of the toy is inside my vagina, it means the ears of the clit stim part are flush up against my clitoral area. For the teasing, erotic flickering of the split-ear feature to tantalise me clitorally, they need to be away from my body, not flush up against it, like it is when the toy is in position during use.
Therefore, I find myself stuck between wanting the internal stimulation from the shaft inside me properly, but then failing to benefit from the split-ear flickering, or I can hold the toy away from me to get the flickering effect clitorally, but the internal shaft is half hanging out of my body.
I would much rather cut the ears off entirely – and in fact, I would be tempted to do this, if this was the only issue I had with this vibrator – so that I can focus on enjoying the powerful vibration which centres on the rabbit nose. This part is so much more stimulating than those (in my opinion) pointlessly limp ears which provide nothing but annoyance or distraction.
Splashproof, not Fully Waterproof
Finally, the toy is only IPX6 waterproof, which translates as splashproof, not submersible. I would like to see all insertable sex toys at least IPX7 waterproof rating, which means they can be submerged in up to 1 metre of water for up to 30 minutes. This means that not only can they be enjoyed in the bath or shower, adding versatility for the user, but they can be thoroughly cleaned without worries of damaging the sex toy.
Like I say – The One Thrusting Rabbit Vibrator sounds great on paper, but during use it sadly failed to please. It’s a real shame because the body safe material and rechargeable features are welcome, however it feels like this sex toy was made based on decades-old design without any upgrades acknowledging user feedback and critique.

Summary
Despite having high hopes for The One Thrusting Rabbit Vibrator, it sadly falls short in several key areas for me personally. While its design and features are promising, it simply didn’t deliver the experience I was hoping for.
The toy’s sleek shape and shocking pink colour feel modern, and its body-safe, non-toxic silicone offers the kind of quality expected from a premium sex toy. It also features two independent motors, providing 10 different vibrating settings, which should have been a winning combination. However, the reality of its performance leaves much to be desired.
The noise level is louder than expected, and the thrusting mechanism didn’t offer the intended sensation. The toy’s clitoral stimulation area also failed to provide any erotic benefit due to the way the ears are positioned during use. Additionally, the IPX6 waterproof rating is lower than I would prefer for easy cleaning and versatility.
While The One Thrusting Rabbit Vibrator looks great on paper, it didn’t quite hit the mark for me in practice.

Packaging & Unboxing
My review toys from The One collection were delivered discreetly in a plain brown box with no indication of adult products on the packaging or label.
Box packaging for The One Thrusting Rabbit Vibrator is vibrant and sleek, featuring a modern design. The box includes product details and usage instructions on the sides and back.
Upon opening, I discovered the vibrator securely nestled in a moulded plastic insert, alongside the magnetic attach/USB charging cable and an instruction leaflet.
Size & Measurements
By my measurements, The One Thrusting Rabbit Vibrator measures:
- 9.5 inches overall length
- 5 inches maximum insertable length
- 4.5 inches maximum circumference (which is around the bulbous tip)
How To Charge Up
It’s easy to charge up The One Thrusting Rabbit Vibrator with the included magnetic attach/USB charging lead. Just attach the magnetic end to the corresponding nodes for it on the back of the vibrator, then the other end into any USB port. I like to use the USB port on the side of my laptop in my home office, or the multi-USB to mains plug at the side of my bed. These are extremely useful and I strongly recommend everyone has at least one. You can buy them cheaply from Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk.
While charging, an LED behind the controls area blinks through the silicone. Once it’s fully charged, this changes to emit a steady glow. It takes about 150 minutes to charge from zero, which provides approximately one hour’s playtime.
Top tip: I’d advise additionally labelling the charging lead in some way immediately upon unpackaging the product. This means you can easily identify your sex toy lead when it gets tossed into your drawer or box of charging leads.
I use my trusty DYMO labeller which is available from Amazon.com or Amazon.co.uk for all my sex toy charging leads – and it has plenty of other uses around the house, too.
Instructions, Operation & Controls
- Hold the thrusting button to power on and start the first thrusting speed of the insertable shaft. Press the button briefly to cycle through 10 thrusting functions, which includes speeds and patterns.
- Press and hold the thrusting button again to stop the thrusting function.
- Hold the clit stim vibration button to activate the first vibration speed through the bunny head/ears area. Press briefly to cycle through 10 vibration speeds and patterns.
- Press and hold the clit stim vibration button to switch off the vibes from that area.
The included instruction leaflet mentions a standby mode, but I don’t understand why; as far as I can tell you press and hold either button to power up its related area on the vibrator, then press and hold again to switch those vibrations off. I’m unsure how to access a standby mode or why this would be needed.
As with the other products I’ve reviewed from The One sex toys range, the instructions included with the toys need proper research, then an overhaul. Ideally every included guide would fully relate to the product contained in the box and provide 100% correct operation instructions.
