Packaging
The Lovehoney Tiger Lily Sexy Accessories Set comes in Lovehoney’s usual discreet outer wrap for the post, while the set itself is contained in a transparent plastic outer. There’s a small Lovehoney branded tag on the set which tells you which item from the range you’ve bought.
Materials
The Lovehoney Tiger Lily Red Lace Cuffs & Eye Mask Set is made from lace and ribbons. The lace is 54% Polyamide, 34% Polyester and 12% Elastane, while the ribbon is 100% Polyamide.
Review
There’s just so much to love about the Lovehoney Tiger Lily Red Lace Cuffs & Eye Mask Set. One size fits all, for a start -and at less than £10 it’s fantastic value for money. The items are easy to slip into, comfortable to wear and use, and look beautiful. You get instant glamour and sex appeal just by adding these three items to your seduction outfit.
The cuffs and eye mask are easy to add to whatever nightwear/lingerie you’ve got planned. No matter how shy or lacking in body confidence you may be, you don’t have to worry about it with this set. There’s no pressure to reveal any more of your body than you’re comfortable with. On the flip side, you might want to wear only this set and nothing else -and really get their pulse racing!
As the eye mask is lace and doesn’t/isn’t intended to completely remove your ability to see while wearing it, it’s great for those who might be nervous about or have issues with using a traditional blindfold. The whole set is an easy and non-intimidating foray into bondage, whether it’s the wearer who is new to the alluring world of power exchange or you would like a soft and playful way to introduce it to your partner.
With a masquerade mask feel, the gorgeous red lace eye mask adds an element of mystery during wear which spices up role play (oh my, a glamorous, seductive stranger). The heightened erotic atmosphere is thanks to this semi-disguised look, in vibrant red lace accessories, rather than the items being intended as sight and movement restrictors as with more traditional BDSM gear. There is one ribbon attached to each of the wrist cuffs. The cuffs are easily slipped on to your wrists, then the ribbons can either be tied to one another (I’d recommend an easily-undone bow rather than a knot), one to each corner of the bed if you have bedposts, or to tie the wrists together behind whilst sat on a chair.
At this point, with typical bondage gear, I’d mention safety aspects – recommending the presence of scissors nearby in case an immediate escape is required. I don’t feel it’s relevant here as the wrist cuffs themselves are slightly stretchy and the wearer’s hands can be pulled back through them and the cuffs slipped off in any emergency situation -for instance, a sudden sense of panic for those unused to being restrained in any way. Setting a safe word before you begin any bondage/control sexual play sessions is always a good idea.
As I’ve mentioned, the Tiger Lily accessories set isn’t intended for inescapable bondage or BDSM. The focus is firmly on playfulness, teasing and sexy role play. Wearing it, along with your choice of lingerie set or nothing at all, enhances the atmosphere and erotic ambience in fun, sexy frolics, helping to lead you both to deeper intimacy, and foreplay/sex if that’s what you both desire.
