I’m in awe of Bondara creating their exciting collection of sexy advent calendars for singles and couples to enjoy in the countdown to Christmas or the holidays. A selection of Bondara sex toy advent calendars were available to buy last year too, but this is the first year I’ve been able to try one out for myself and I feel very privileged indeed!
Despite writing about these multi-packet sexy sets as ‘advent calendars’, they are not specifically labelled as for Christmas in any way on the outer box (which is a large Bondara gift box) or the individual packet wrappers (pink tissue paper with a number sticker). This means you could purchase one as a countdown to any event you’d like to ‘sex up’ through the year, such as Valentine’s Day, a birthday, a wedding anniversary etc. That said, some of the Bondara advent calendars (not the kink one I’m reviewing here today) contain items which are traditionally ‘Christmassy’ such as snowflake, fir tree, Santa and Elf Christmas-themed sex toys, which might not appeal at any other time of year. My Bondara 12 Days of Kink Bondage Advent Calendar arrived quickly, securely and discreetly from Bondara, in a plain brown, sturdy outer box for the post. Inside, I found a huge Bondara-themed gift box. Lifting the lid, I felt like a pleasure pirate who had unearthed a treasure chest full of orgasmic jewels.
The box contained 12 individually wrapped packages, each with a number sticker atop the Bondara-pink tissue paper. The tissue paper is wrapped around each item a few times, so I didn’t have any concerns about ripping the tissue and revealing an item prematurely. The box is perfect for either placing at the base of your Christmas tree for a daily, kinky treat during advent, or popping under the bed for a morning or evening spot of bondage fun should you need to be more discreet about your adult adventures.
With 12 numbered packages in the box, it’s easy to find the relevant package for your December date. It’s quite fun hunting down the right number. With the 6 and the 9, I wasn’t sure which was which – I’ve studied both numerals on the stickers and sometimes I think I can see a slight difference in style to give a hint of which it is, other times I could swear they’re identical. Hopefully in this review I’ve got the right item for the right day, whether 6 or 9, but I guess overall it doesn’t really matter which one you open first.

I’ll admit I was uncertain how the Bondara sex toy advent calendars would be presented, as they’re not in a singular, card/plastic outer. Now that I’ve been lucky enough to experience this Bondara 12 Days of Kink Bondage Advent Calendar 2023, I have absolutely no qualms about strongly recommending them to spice up your Christmas countdown.
The outer gift box in Bondara’s black and pink tones is reusable as an under-bed storage box for toys or bondage gear, as a Valentine’s Day lingerie gift box, or anything else you’d like to store inside it. The products contained in the 12 Days of Kink advent are carefully wrapped and the tissue paper can be reused or recycled. I’m impressed at the quality of the bondage toys in this advent calendar, they aren’t cheap-and-cheerful novelties made especially to pad out an advent, they are products taken directly from the Bondara bondage shelves and housed in this excellent, value for money Christmas advent.
