Packaging
The We-Vibe Rave 2 was delivered by Lovehoney in their usual discreet outer packaging for the post, a plain brown box with the product secured inside with recyclable packaging. The Rave 2 box is identifiable as part of the We-Vibe family, with an image of the toy on the front and plenty of information about it on the sides of the box.
The box is sealed for hygiene reassurance – so remove these stickers first, then lift the lid off the box to reveal the contents.

Instructions
There are two leaflets provided with the Rave 2; one is the main instructions guide and the other covers the electronic safety guidelines. You can look through these in the photos below. How To Charge Up
Charging up the We-Vibe Rave 2 G-Spot Vibrator is easy thanks to the included USB charging lead.
The magnetic end connects to the two corresponding metal areas on the base of the toy, while the other end is plugged into your USB port of choice. I like to use the USB port on the side of my laptop in my home office, or the multi-USB to mains plug at the side of my bed. These are extremely useful and I strongly recommend everyone has at least one. You can buy them cheaply from Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk.
While charging, an LED behind the operation button blinks red through the toy’s silicone outer. Once it’s fully charged, this changes to emit a steady glow. It takes 90 minutes to charge from zero, which provides a maximum of 2 hours playtime.
Despite the We-Vibe logo on the magnetic end of the lead which could help you identify it, I’d advise additionally labelling the charging lead in some way immediately upon unpackaging the product. This means you can easily identify your We-Vibe Rave 2 vibrator wire when it gets tossed into your drawer or box of charging leads.
I use my trusty DYMO labeller which is available from Amazon.com or Amazon.co.uk for all my sex toy charging leads – and to label plenty of other things around the house, too.
Size
The We-Vibe Rave 2 G-Spot Vibrator measures 8 inches in overall length, with a maximum insertable length of 5.5 inches.
The maximum circumference of the head is 4.5 inches, while the slimmest part of the insertable section (the neck) is 3.75 inches around.
Operation / Controls
The operation of the We-Vibe Rave 2 G-Spot Vibrator is slightly different to usual, thanks to the inclusion of not just one, but two motors within the insertable part.
Use the + button to turn on the toy, then keep pressing to raise the intensity of the vibration. You can use the – button to decrease the vibration intensity, or keep holding it to turn the vibrator off entirely.
While the vibrator is on, you can set your choice of either internal motor (or both at the same time) by pressing the ~ button just above the We-Vibe logo. Press once and the motor to stimulate the vaginal entrance will activate. Press again and the motor to stimulate the deeper, G-spot area will activate. When you press it third time, both the motors will vibrate together.
You will also notice there are < and > buttons. Use these while the Rave 2 is on, to discover the different vibrating settings. Including the first, constant vibration mode, there are 10 settings altogether.
As well as the buttons to control the vibration of the Rave 2, this techtastic We-Vibe product offers yet another feature. You can adjust the angle of the insertable part of the vibrator by carefully bending it from the centre. In the photos below you can see how I’ve been able to adjust the angle of the toy from a straight vibrator through to an extreme angle.
The We-Vibe App
If you have the We-Vibe App, which is available from the Apple or Google Play Store, you can pair your We-Vibe Rave 2 G-Spot Vibrator to your phone when it’s within Bluetooth range. The included leaflet tells you how to pair the your We-Vibe sex toy to the app, but here’s a brief summary:
To pair the Rave 2 to the We-Vibe App, press and hold the We-Vibe button for 5 seconds. The Rave 2 will vibrate twice and the LED will start flashing. This means the vibrator is now in ‘pairing mode’. Once paired, the Rave 2 will vibrate 3 times and the LED will stop flashing.
Travel Lock
For safe and discreet travel, activate the travel lock feature by holding the and buttons at the same time for 2 seconds. Rave 2 will pulse twice and your device will lock-do the same again to unlock or connect Rave 2 to the charging cable.

How It Feels
I found using the We-Vibe Rave 2 G-Spot Vibrator both easy and extremely pleasurable. I absolutely love that I can change up the angle of the vibrator, to better target my uniquely positioned hotspots inside. The controls are easy to locate and use during use, and the product really benefits from the inclusion of two motors instead of just one. Again, loving the fact that the stimulation is customisable – I can choose to have just the vaginal opening motor, just the internal tip motor, or both of the motors on at the same time.
Rave 2 is surprisingly quiet during use, considering the bassy, rumbly style of vibrating power. It has all the features I’ve come to expect from a modern, high-tech and luxury sex toy: made from body-safe silicone, USB rechargeable, fully waterproof, has a travel lock, app controllable. The additional features like having two motors instead of one, and being bendable, just add to its incredible appeal.
