Lovehoney’s discreet outer packaging really works. I had absolutely no idea what this parcel was when I received it. Plain brown cardboard box, bit smaller than a shoebox, with my address on the top. It was only when I opened it up, and saw the inner bunny print, I realised it must be my Lovehoney Pleasure Quest Couple’s Vibrator Gift Set.

The plain outer/sex toy printed inner contrast really tickles me… I love that all the items fit into a box which looks so unremarkable from the outside yet exciting and sexy on the inside. Plus, the address label peeled off cleanly so I could keep the box to store the items in –no need to find another storage container.

There’s a neat trick when it comes to the delivery box. You can undo it, turn it the other way and re-fold… creating a lovely gift box containing all the treats, decorated with the bunny print. Brilliant!

The Lovehoney Oh! Sexploration Vouchers: 52 Weeks of Adventures was the very first item I pulled out of my Lovehoney Pleasure Quest Couple’s Vibrator Gift Set. The box contains 52 peel-and-reveal cards, 26 each of Romantic and Raunchy, for couples to pick from every week of the year. You could alternate or just pick a card at random every week. If you find it difficult to come up with sexy scenarios, or want to inject a little spontaneity back into your intimate times, this is an easy and effective way to do it.

Storage Bag

This leather-look black storage bag came zipped up in the box, and unzipping it revealed the two sex toys mentioned below. But first, this storage case.

Clearly it’s big enough to hold at least a couple of sex toys, and (importantly) long enough to hold a couple of classic vibrators or small rabbit vibrators, or multiple bullet vibes, cock rings, condoms, lube sachets –whatever you’d like to store in there, really.

The Lovehoney heart is embossed on one side, and it also features on the zip. The bag is material-lined with integral divider, so you can organise & find the contents easily.

I love this storage case; I know it’s going to come in handy sexing up future travel plans.

Rechargeable G-Spot Rabbit Vibrator

At the time of writing, this Rechargeable G-Spot Rabbit Vibrator isn’t for sale separately on the Lovehoney site, which made me all the more intrigued about it. It’s rechargeable, so comes with a USB charging lead which clearly plugs into the port on the bottom of the rabbit. An LED flashes behind the operation buttons on the rabbit’s handle while it’s charging.

This rechargeable G-spot rabbit vibrator is 8.25 inches in total length, with a maximum insertable length of 4.25 inches. The maximum circumference of the tip is 4.5 inches, while the shaft has a circumference of 3.8 inches.

There’s three buttons on the handle of the rabbit vibe: +, a circle, and -. To switch on, press and hold the + button. To switch off, press and hold/repeatedly press the – button. While the rabbit is on, you can press the + button to up the vibration speed and – to lower it again.

The circle button offers some vibrating settings such as just the shaft vibrating, or just the ears, or alternating between them both, at a medium or fast speed, plus various other exciting settings. In total the rechargeable G-spot rabbit vibrator offers 12 speed increments and 8 vibrating patterns.

It’s a very powerful vibrator, powerful enough to bring this vibe veteran to orgasm without any difficulty. The vibrations are deep, too – not the rumbliest I’ve ever felt but definitely not those tinny, high frequency vibrations you may have experienced with lower quality vibrators. Unfortunately, it’s rather noisy. If this isn’t an issue for you: win!

A solid sex toy which is body-safe, waterproof, easy to use and orgasmically effective. There’s also a travel lock which is easy to turn on and off – it explains all in the booklet provided.

Vibrating Rabbit Cock Ring

This Vibrating Rabbit Cock Ring is very similar to the Lovehoney Bionic Bullet 5 Function Vibrating Rabbit Cock Ring, except it’s purple, not black… and has 7 functions, not 5. Also, the removable bullet vibrator is metallic ABS rather than what looks like black velvet-cote on the website. Shape and function’s all the same, though; a double ring cock ring with removable bullet to be used either to power cock ring based stimulation, or on its own for solo or shared pleasure.

I must say that I prefer to just use the bullet vibrator on its own. I’m generally not a fan of PiV-sex-style cock rings, as they often don’t help to bring me to orgasm during sex with my partner.

The bullet vibrator is powered by 1x AAA battery, which I much prefer to fiddly watch batteries, and the toy comes with the battery included. Just unscrew the battery cap and remove the safety paper disc before resealing and enjoying play. To turn the bullet on, explore the vibrating options and turn off again, simply use the push button on the base.

There’s 7 vibrating settings; a range of speeds and patterns, The vibrations are powerful enough on the top constant speed (my favourite) to bring me to orgasm when I’m using the bullet vibe on its own. The vibrations aren’t thuddy or rumbly, they’re good quality bullet vibe style, but they’re quiet and powerful enough to get me off. The bullet (and cock ring surround) is also fully waterproof meaning that it’s not just easy to keep completely clean, I can enjoy it in the bath or shower.

I’ll be adding this to my bullet vibrator collection; I love them so I’ve amassed quite a few! They’re also brilliant to pop into my cosmetics bag when I’m travelling… they ‘come’ in very handy.

Along with the 2-in1 sex toy, the vibrating rabbit cock ring, I found a handy little leaflet full of information about penis sex toys. This folded up leaflet gives tips and precautions about using cock rings and vacuum pumps so it’s worth a read if you’re new to these types of devices.

Lovehoney Black Satin Blindfold

I’ve been disappointed with flat/elasticated strap style blindfolds in the past, particularly cellophane wrapped styles which come marked as a ‘freebie’ with certain bondage sets. It would be easy to write this off as from the same ilk, as it’s also simply packaged in clear plastic. Once I removed it from the outer wrapper it was obvious this is no rubbish ‘freebie’.

The Lovehoney Oh! Satin Blindfold in Black has, unsurprisingly, a satin front. It’s shaped like the traditional sleep or eyemask, and the back (which lays against closed eyes) is padded and covered with luxurious velvet feel material. 2 elasticated straps mean it’s easy to fit most head sizes snugly.

Final Thoughts

The Lovehoney Pleasure Quest Couple’s Vibrator Gift Set is a sensational treat for couples to enjoy together. It offers great value for money. At £50 for over £100-worth of sexy goods, there’s not a lot to dislike about this sex toy bundle. In fact, I can’t think of anything negative.
