Bathmate Bullet Vibrator Review

Shipping & Packaging
My Bathmate Bullet Vibrator was shipped quickly and discreetly, in a plain jiffy bag. Inside, I found the Bathmate bullet vibe in a glossy cardboard outer with company branding and product information, with the bullet vibe visible in the internal plastic clamshell through the front window.
What’s In The Box
Inside the well-presented outer box, I found the Bathmate bullet vibrator, the charging lead and an instruction booklet. My bullet vibe is black, but it’s also available in chrome colour. The charging lead is a jackpin style, which can be used with any USB port.

Measurements
The Bathmate bullet vibrator measures 3 inches in length, and has a circumference around its cylindrical form of 2.9 inches. It’s quite a stubby, chunky little bullet vibe and feels easy to grab and use.
Charging Up
It’s easy to charge up the Bathmate bullet vibrator. Just unscrew the cap from the end and remove – put it somewhere safe so you don’t lose it!
An important note here to remove and dispose of the white plastic ring as it says on the side of the bullet.
You’ll see that a small port is revealed in the main body of the Bathmate Bullet Vibrator – this is where the jackpin end of the charging lead is inserted. Then, just use the other end in any standard USB port of your choice. I like to use the ones on the front of my PC while I’m in the office, or my multi USB to mains adaptor plug while in the bedroom. These are SO handy and can be picked up easily from online stores (click to browse a selection: UK / USA).
While charging, an LED near the charging port glows red -this changes to emit a steady green glow once the bullet is fully charged. A full charge takes about 2 hours from empty and will provide a maximum of 60 minutes play time.
Functions
The Bathmate Vibrating Bullet offers 10 functions. Of these, 3 are constant speeds (low, medium and high) and the other 7 are varying patterns and pulses. The exact settings are detailed in the included instruction booklet.
How It Feels
I’ve really enjoyed using the Bathmate Bullet Vibrator and it gets me off every time I use it, the stimulation building to a satisfying clitoral orgasm. I find the vibrations are more buzzy than rumbly. My favourite setting, as usual, is the highest constant vibration. Patterns and pulses are just annoying to me rather than teasing, but if you enjoy that sort of sexual frustration and a slow build to climax, there are plenty of functions to discover with this bullet vibe.
The bullet vibrator is comfortable to handle and easy to use, with its chunky cylindrical form and an easy press power/operation button on the base.
The bullet vibe is fully waterproof to IPX7 level, meaning it’s 100% safe to be immersed in and used in water. This makes it a fantastic addition to a bath or shower, whether you share the fun with a partner or enjoy all by yourself.
It’s a plastic bullet vibe, but don’t assume that this is a low-quality toy. The surface is velvet-cote which feels firm but luxurious, and glides wonderfully over your aroused skin with a little of your favourite lube. The ridges near the base mean that the Bathmate bullet vibrator stays firmly in your grip no matter how lubed up or excited you may get, and the charging port is safely housed inside the device to protect it from dirt and damage.
The debossed “bathmate” logo along the side of the bullet vibe gives the toy that perfect, classy finish. Don’t worry about the notice along the side to remove the white ring before use; this is just a sticker which is easy to remove.
In Conclusion
As with most vibrators, I wasn’t sure what to expect in terms of orgasmic effectiveness when I agreed to review the Bathmate Bullet Vibrator. Bullet vibes can vary so wildly with regards their internal motor type and strength, the durability of the housing, the power type, whether it’s waterproof or not, whether it’s loud or quiet and the type of vibration output – buzzy or rumbly. I’m so pleased that the Bathmate bullet vibe falls into the reliable, effective and “will use on a regular basis post-review” category for me.
This isn’t the cheapest bullet vibrator out there, but don’t be fooled by the false economy of many £10 bullets. I’ve had several disappointing experiences over the years, and have had to dispose of many cheap-but-crap variants. With this Bathmate bullet vibrator, you’re not paying for the brand -you’re paying for a great quality, effective little orgasm device.
