Welcome to my Flat Gatling Chastity Cage review. This extreme tiny metal device is one of the smallest chastity cages you can buy. With its flat front, harsh fit and punishing design, it is not for beginners and suits experienced players seeking the most restrictive chastity experience.
Quick verdict: The Flat Gatling Chastity Cage is a tiny, flat-front stainless steel device that will test even experienced wearers. Harsh, restrictive and unforgiving. Ideal for micro cock play or punishing denial. Loses points for tricky fitting and hygiene limits for long-term wear.
- Best for: Extreme chastity players, micro cock wearers, experienced submissives
- Material: Stainless steel 316L, no chrome plating, rust-proof
- Price: US$59 (approx. £44)
- Score: 8/10
“I wasn’t expecting one quite so small!” Not the first time I’ve exclaimed that, but it’s not usually when opening a new review product. The Flat Gatling Chastity Cage is totally delicious but a real challenge. Thanks so much to the brand for sending me possibly the world’s most extreme smallest chastity device free of charge, in exchange for my honest review here at the Cara Sutra sex blog.

About The Flat Gatling Cage
My new Flat Gatling Chastity Cage arrived quickly and discreetly. This item is also sold as CH42 Flat Plate Chastity at Oxy-Shop. The cage components are well wrapped in white tissue paper, which is packed into a black suedette fabric storage pouch, which has been housed inside a plastic Ziploc bag with a product detail sticker to the front.
The Flat Gatling is metal – therefore heavier than a plastic type such as a CB or Holy Trainer – and made from stainless steel. With such a small space for the consenting penis and balls to be locked up in, this isn’t a chastity device for the faint-hearted. It probably wouldn’t be the best option if you’re looking for your very first chastity cage either, unless you have what is affectionately known as a ‘micro dick’.
What You Get
Stainless steel flat front of the chastity cage, with holes for added humiliation every time you need to let your piss dribble out- Three stainless steel rings, one of which should be perfect to lock the front part of the cage to/around your balls. The internal diameters of the rings are 1.57″, 1.77″ and 1.97″
- Two keys and the lock component
- An erection when you open the package and realise exactly what this means for your cock
What You Don’t Get
- An erection after it’s fitted correctly
How To Fit The Flat Gatling Cage
It is fairly tricky to fit the Flat Gatling Chastity Cage, mainly as the parts are deliberately small and fitting will likely be tight. Practising while it isn’t around a cock will help you to understand how the locking mechanism works so that actual fitting is as smooth and highly erotic as it should be.
Make sure you know exactly what size testicle ring is right for you before you attempt to fit the entire cage. You can’t fit the components of the Flat Gatling Chastity Cage together without locking it into position, so take some time first finding out which of the rings you can fit both balls through snugly, without either dangerous pinching or disappointing slack. Using some lube can help ease your balls through the ring.
Once you have the right size testicle ring, you can try to fit the entire cage to your cock and balls. Your balls will need to be placed through the ring, then your dick needs to be as small as possible in order to be housed inside the absolutely tiny fascia of the Flat Gatling (or more likely, retreated into your own body if that’s possible for you).
Bear in mind that the internal width of the front part of the cage is 1.3 in (33 mm) and the overall length is also 1.3 in (33 mm), so there is almost no room for manoeuvre. This style of inverted chastity cage can be fiddly.
Before the next part, make sure that you have a key inserted into the lock component ready to lock and go. Line up the two locking areas with the key so they are in a straight line.
There are two small rods protruding from the cage fascia which fit into corresponding holes on the testicle ring. There is an incomplete circle between these two protruding rods which fits snugly between two corresponding incomplete circular areas on the testicle ring. Line everything up.
Once it is in position, you need to reach for your prepared lock component complete with key and slide this part through the three incomplete rings making up the top area of the testicle cage and fascia. Turn the key so that the last portion of the lock mechanism slips back and into place, and voilà: the cage is locked to your cock and balls.
Remove the key and keep it in an extremely safe place. If you’re lucky, you’ll be able to entrust it to the care of your Keyholder for your intense chastity duration. Good luck – you’re really gonna need it.
Our Experiences
Unfortunately, my long-term chastity slave didn’t measure up to the task at hand and was unable to fit the Flat Gatling Chastity Cage to his ever-disappointing genitals. This left me reliant on a superior penis to show readers how this chastity cage works: a flaccid dick Fleshlight toy.
Using the smallest Mr Limpy I could get my hands on, I was able to fit the Flat Gatling cage (just about!) in order to show you via photographs just how terrifyingly tiny this chastity cage is. You’re going to need either the smallest penis in existence or a huge amount of chastity experience to get this cage on and keep it on with the lock.
As the Flat Gatling is a metal chastity cage, and has only piss-dribble holes at the front for urinary toileting relief, I would advise it for short-term chastity play only. Perhaps for the duration of a power exchange session, or to wear while in the presence of your Keyholder/Owner on a day out, or to struggle through a night with as an extremely challenging task. The miniscule size of the cage combined with hygiene/intimate health issues which would likely arise from such a tightly packed cock surely discounts any long-term chastity usage.
That said, I do absolutely love this teeny tiny chastity cage and I remain hopeful I will find that pin prick chastity slut of my dreams who is able to be cruelly ‘forced’ & locked into it. That you? If you want to see if you could fit your cock and balls into the Flat Gatling and render your genitals slightly less disappointing all round, you can buy your own for less than £50.
Where To Buy
Although the Flat Gatling Chastity Cage is an extreme chastity cage, I know it will fit someone, somewhere. I’ve seen submissives wear these kind of extremely small chastity devices in the past. My good friend & chastity fan Ruffled Sheets, for instance, has modelled some hugely-erotic-yet-microscopic styles.
If the Flat Gatling is just too small for you, but you’re still aching to get locked into a chastity device, there are plenty of options at Oxy Shop – all at fantastic prices. Silicone and plastic styles are best for long-term chastity play, while the cold rigidity of metal always contrasts nicely with a soft and subjugated dick during memorable power exchange liaisons.
FAQ
Is this the smallest flat chastity cage?
It is one of the smallest on the market. With an internal length of about 33 mm, it delivers an extremely restrictive fit.
Is it suitable for beginners?
No. The tiny internal space and flat faceplate make this a harsh, punishing device best suited to experienced users.
Can it be worn long-term?
Because of minimal internal space and hygiene challenges, it is best for short-term wear or supervised sessions rather than continuous long-term chastity.
What sizes are included?
Three flat penis rings: 40 mm, 45 mm and 50 mm internal diameter, so you can choose the closest secure fit.
What is it made from?
High-Quality Medical Grade Stainless Steel 316L with no chrome plating and no rust guaranteed.
How do I clean it safely?
Remove the device regularly, wash all parts with warm water and mild unscented soap, then rinse and dry thoroughly with a lint-free towel. Avoid boiling, bleach, abrasive cleaners or soaking for long periods. Inspect skin for irritation before refitting and ensure everything is completely dry to keep the stainless finish in good condition.
