SVAKOM Cookie Vibrator Review

When I spotted the SVAKOM Cookie Vibrator on the latest Pleasure Panel listing, I was intrigued. I haven’t heard the term ‘sensual foreplay vibrator’ before so was curious to see whether that meant that the vibrator was simply designed to tease and arouse rather than provide orgasms or whether it meant that it couldn’t be used during penetrative sex.
After several weeks of exploration with moments of confusion thrown in, I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s the former of the two and not really compatible with my sex toy needs. Before we get into the ins and outs of that, let’s cover the basics.
The SVAKOM Cookie Vibrator arrived in a sturdy storage box with a blue and white cardboard sleeve over the top. The sleeve shows a clear product photo and reads a few of the key stats on the back. Within the storage box I found the SVAKOM Cookie Vibrator, a charging cable, branded storage pouch, warranty information, a product manual and a few other leaflets with important information enclosed.
Made from primarily soft silicone with small plastic elements, the SVAKOM Cookie Vibrator is completely body safe. It contains no latex or phthalates, is odourless and can be cleaned easily with warm soapy water. It’s fully waterproof so rinsing before and after each use is not an issue and you will want to do this as silicone tends to attract its fair share of lint and animal fur. This soft surfaced silicone doesn’t have much resistance or drag but I’d still recommend using a coating of water based lubricant for comfort.
The SVAKOM Cookie Vibrator is rechargeable via USB and has a port located within the base for the jack. When connected and charging a blue light will flash around the control panel and become steady once complete. It takes around an hour to charge and this gives the same amount of use time. As for the controls, there are just two buttons, an up arrow and a down arrow. The up arrow will turn on the first vibration mode when pressed and held for a couple of seconds and cycle through the other two speeds with a single tap. The down arrow decreases the vibration intensity and turns the toy off when pressed and held.
The SVAKOM Cookie Vibrator has three different arms or ‘tentacles’ as the manual describes them. I’ve only seen a design like this a handful of times, which makes it fairly unique. The basic idea is to place the clitoris or a nipple between the arms so they can pinch and caress the area in order to stimulate it. It is supposed to create a sensual experience during foreplay and the guide says that ‘you will be turned on soon’ when following this method. I don’t particularly like it when manuals use phrases like this as it can make people feel bad or like something is wrong with them if the toy doesn’t deliver on that promise.
I personally did not find myself feeling turned on when this was placed around my clitoris. My main emotions were confusion and frustration, neither of which go hand in hand with arousal. There were a couple of reasons for this but the main reason was placement issues. I couldn’t find a position where this toy felt comfortable and provided sensations to the areas I would want them. This is made harder once the toy is turned on as the three tentacles rotate in small circles making constant contact basically impossible. If consistent clitoral stimulation is your preference then this probably won’t be suitable for you. It’s most likely to work for people who are either very sensitive and don’t like their clitoris to be touched constantly or people who don’t mind waves of contact.
We did have some success with the SVAKOM Cookie Vibrator as a nipple stimulator so it wasn’t a complete loss. The positioning was a struggle to begin with but after several attempts we managed to find placements that worked. The vibrations and rotations seemed to have better success against nipples as the tentacles worked in unison to make the nipple erect and sensitive. It preps the nipples for clamps or pegs later on in the session, so we would use it again for that purpose, but I don’t know if I could recommend it as a possible purchase for others when cheap nipple suckers can achieve a similar result.
I may have liked the SVAKOM Cookie Vibrator more if the vibrations had been stronger with more depth to them. As it is, I couldn’t get a good feel for the vibrations on the lower two settings due to the constant rotation that occurs. If there was the option to use one or the other rather than both then clitoral contact may have been easier to achieve, allowing more of the sensations to pass through to the area and ultimately creating a better experience. The highest intensity was slightly better although it wasn’t strong enough to bring me close to the point of orgasm and the surface level buzzing didn’t help.
Overall, I like the idea behind the SVAKOM Cookie Vibrator but it didn’t work brilliantly in practice for me. Others may have more luck with it but for me it wasn’t worth the effort it took trying to make it work. I didn’t reach an orgasm with it once, which is disappointing, and it’s much louder than I anticipated too. It has some good features such as its colour scheme, pretty packaging and safe silicone surface but it needs some improvements in the motor, noise and function departments.
I could potentially recommend the SVAKOM Cookie Vibrator to people who don’t like much pressure against their clitoris or like the sound of rotating, vibrating arms against their nipples but there are other products I’d suggest first.
