The Rocks Off RO-LO Body Massager is the somewhat curiously named new body massager from UK based sex toys manufacturer, Rocks Off. I’ve reviewed much of the Rocks Off sex toys collection and I have a soft spot for the powerful, budget friendly, albeit battery powered bullet vibrators, in particular. I was curious about this device which resembles a rugby ball with a handle on one side, and Rocks Off kindly sent one to me free of charge, for the purposes of an honest and unbiased review.

Packaging & In The Box
The Rocks Off RO-LO Body Massager came discreetly packaged; no chance of anyone knowing there was a sex toy inside. Once I removed it from the outer parcel box, I could see there was also an external sleeve on the product box itself, similar to those used in bricks and mortar sex toy shops to stop those of a sensitive nature becoming offended by seeing a sex toy through the front plastic of a packet. Slipping this off (getting very pass the parcel, here) I finally caught my first glimpse of the RO-LO.
The sturdy, sleek feeling box has a front window in the centre of the clearly marked box, and this lifts from the front to deliver the RO-LO to you. It’s sat within a moulded plastic insert, underneath which you find the Rocks Off mini catalogue with the unique product registration code, as well as the mains recharging lead.
Charging Up
To charge it up just insert the jackpin end of the lead into the port on the toy, and plug the other end into the mains. The light on the plug itself lights up when the RO-LO is charging. I left mine overnight to charge and it was ready in the morning.
Measurements
By my own measurements, the Rocks Off RO-LO Body Massager is 6.5 inches long, has 3.5 inches width and is 3.5 inches tall.

Good Points
- The Rocks Off RO-LO Body Massager is waterproof, so bath and shower options as well as easy to keep clean
- It’s made from pretty decent, non-porous and highly durable materials: silicone with an ABS handle area
- The toy is rechargeable so no need to worry about running out of batteries. Charge with the supplied mains lead
- I find it easy to hold, with the chunky design and handle
- It doesn’t look like a sex toy, more like a body massager
- Perfect for those who don’t like phallic toys
- The lilac and white colours are inoffensive and have universal appeal
- There are 7 vibrating functions
- The operation buttons are simple to figure & easy to find. On/off button and a function change button
- I think it feels sublime used as an all over body massager and increases intimacy in foreplay with your partner
The Not So Good
- The Rocks Off RO-LO Body Massager is quite chunky so I find that it doesn’t comfortably fit between bodies, ie during sex
- You don’t get anything to keep it in, like a storage bag
- If you’re a power queen then this may not be your thing. I am, and the top constant vibration won’t get me off clitorally
- It’s quite large to pack in a case for a naughty weekend away or other travels
- The price is fairly high at £79.99
Summary
Although my partner and I enjoyed the Rocks Off RO-LO Body Massager to have a bit of fun before any penetrative sex, I won’t be picking up the RO-LO to bring me to orgasm during solo masturbation. It’s not powerful enough for me on the top note, and I don’t generally go for the other vibrating functions when I am masturbation with my sex toys. It’s fast and powerful vibes I want against my clit.
If you’re put off by the extremely powerful vibrators out there then the RO-LO may well be your perfect sex toy. It’s definitely more powerful than the standard Lady Finger/classic vibrator styles, but doesn’t have the oomph of the Doxy Wand or iGino One.
As a body massager it’s extremely relaxing on the muscles, especially when used over the back, shoulders, bottom and thighs. We really enjoyed using the Rocks Off RO-LO Body Massager this way. I’m just not sure I would have parted with £79.99 for a body massager alone, which doesn’t thrill me sexually – when the main purpose of it is meant to be for sexual climax.
