My Fun Factory Tiger Stub Silicone Dildo Review
I don’t believe this dildo really requires a review considering how immediately apparent its ridged beauty is in my photographs. However as you’ve visited expecting a write-up of my thoughts and feelings on the product (something more than simply, “Yum! Look at the pictures!”), here we go.
The Fun Factory Tiger Stub Dildo was one of two products sent to me free of charge (for the purposes of thorough testing and review) by Kinky Monkey. Primarily a leather restraints and strap on harness sex shop, Kinky Monkey also supply strap on harness compatible dildos such as the Fun Factory Tiger we’re taking a look at today.
The Fun Factory Tiger Stub Dildo is available in either black or the delightfully bright red shade which I opted for. It doesn’t come in pink or purple, which should make toy testers all around the world rejoice.
The Tiger comes in the usual Fun Factory packaging which has a consistent style and design across the range. You will see this is the case with my Fun Factory sex toy reviews here. A glossy and embossed sleeve showing the product contained within and some extra details covers a gold lift-lid card box within. Opening this inner gold box, which also bears the Fun Factory logo, you find the Tiger Stub Dildo carefully nestled within the shaped inner perfectly tailored for it. The dildo is kept safe from any damage post-manufacture, both in storage at the sex shop then through transit and delivery to your door.
I must also mention that packaging and delivery from Kinky Monkey is incredibly fast, professional and discreet.
Although the bottom of the Tiger Stub Dildo is flared, this isn’t strictly a suction cup dildo so don’t rely on it to keep steady if you plan on using it on a tiled or other smooth surface. The main purpose of the flared base is to keep it secure in a strap on sex harness, such as the one Kinky Monkey happily provided for review at the same time. This flared base also makes the Tiger Stub Dildo usable as an anal toy; a butt plug whether for men or women. The dildo is quite obviously phalli length and shape whilst not actually being a realistic type dildo. it measures 7.25 inches in overall length (as the crow flies), with an insertable length of 8 inches with the curve. 7 inches without the curve. The maximum circumference is 5.25 inches and the base diameter is 3 inches.
Using the Fun Factory Tiger Stub Dildo with the Kinky Monkey black leather strap on harness is a joy – but using this dildo on its own is also a delight. The silicone appears to be high quality – there’s no smell, no trimmings coming off and can be used in water without any liquid permeating the material – and the combination of rounded tip and ridged shaft makes this a textured toy lover’s dream come true. During use the Tiger Stub Dildo feels fantastic for vaginal penetration. The ridges up the shaft add a wonderful and intense stimulation which I prefer over a smooth shaft. For anal use it’s even more intense, thanks to the length (longer than simply a butt plug, for instance) and the fact that the ridges are even more noticeable in the ass for some reason. I love having this strapped into my harness too, and although he’s yet to take the full length of this dildo it does look quite imposing and different to the standard realistic types. Maybe not so imposing if you’re into advanced anal reaming and gaping (!) but for the typical anal adventurer – if there is such a thing – this dildo will prove to be a challenge which is both possible and enjoyable to conquer.
When using this or any other sex toy anally I would recommend slipping a condom over the toy first. This helps to stop any scents embedding themselves into your sex toy which can linger and be quite unpleasant over time, even with thorough cleaning. Simply remove the condom after use, dispose of in the usual way and wash the sex toy with soapy water then spritz with an anti-bacterial sex toy cleaner to maintain the necessary hygiene levels. In summary this is a beautiful dildo which doesn’t have any discernible smell, it’s non-porous and compatible with water based and hybrid lubricants. It’s fantastic in a strap on harness or to use alone or with a partner as a standard dildo. Except it’s not standard at all really – the prominent tiger stripe ridges and comfy rounded tip see to that. A fun and enticing addition to anyone’s sex toy collection.
