Packaging
The Rocks Off Petite Sensations Bubbles Vibrating Anal Beads toy came in its own clear fronted display box. The product itself clearly visible through the window at the front.
Apart from the name of the product in a gold strip under the window on the front and a promotional description on the back, the box itself contained little information. The description did say there were 3 vibrations and 4 pulsations.
Underneath this promotional description were 2 somewhat superfluous mini photos of the product, one black and the other purple. There was also a small note advising instructions were inside the packaging and how to activate your 12 months guarantee on-line.
The edges of the box include the promotional description in 5 different languages.
Measurements
By my measurements, the Rocks Off Petite Sensations Bubbles Vibrating Anal Beads has an overall length of 4 inches, with an insertable length of 3.5 inches. The maximum circumference of the insertable shaft is 3.75 inches. The base part measures 3 inches across its length.
The Product
The insertable shaft of the Rocks Off Bubbles Anal Toy consists of three bubble shaped spheres mounted vertically. The widest sphere closest to the base, decreasing to a small third sphere at the top. The base itself consists of a sleeve through which a silver vibrating bullet fits. The vibrating bullet can be slid in and out of the sleeve, although not too easily, and I found sliding just sufficiently to be able to twist off the cap at the button end to remove or insert the battery generally preferable. Obviously, periodic complete removal for cleaning would be necessary.
The silicone is smooth, and you are left with little doubt that the product is well constructed. This instils confidence that it is safe and durable.
Fitting & Operation
The size and width of the Rocks Off Petite Sensations Bubbles Vibrating Anal Beads is designed for easy fitting. Clearly intended for a novice’s first step into experiencing vibrations and pulsating anal toys it certainly meets that criteria.
The fitting of the battery was also straight forward. The blunt button end of the bullet twists open and the battery can be slipped in and out very easily.
As a novice, I assume you are intended to experience the different vibrating speeds and pulsations without the necessity of removing the plug between each option. If that is the case, operating the button once the product is inserted was far from unchallenging. It was imprecise and simply pressing the button tended to move the whole plug rather than simply change the setting. The difference between some settings is not particularly noticeable so knowing a button press has been successful is not always obvious.
The 7 options would change progressively through the 3 vibration speeds and 4 pulsating patterns. To turn the vibration off it is necessary to keep the button pressed in. This was particularly difficult and tended to need both hands, one to hold the base and the other to press the button.
Conclusion
It must be emphasised that I feel the Rocks Off Petite Sensations Bubbles Vibrating Anal Beads is intended mainly for beginners, therefore has a price and sophistication befitting its ‘beginner’ style. The small criticisms, especially those regarding the button must be read in that context.
