I was happy to be reviewing these Pretty Please Pink Diamante Metal Handcuffs, as I have only used ropes and restraint straps in the past. I’d always looked at furry handcuffs and for some reason been a little put off by the hen-do association – not that there’s anything wrong with that but it didn’t appeal to me in the bedroom.

When the Pretty Please Pink Diamante Metal Handcuffs arrived, I was a little under whelmed by the packaging – they came in a simple plastic bag. This may not be how they are packaged for retail and I’m aware that a box is just a box and usually gets thrown away but something like a little pouch to store them in might have been nice.
The handcuffs themselves are quite weighty – weighing in at 169g (about 6oz in old money), made from silver coloured metal and mine had pretty pink rhinestones on them (although looking on the website, they also come in a red stone version).
Now I know some may say the diamantes might be a little hen do but I like pink and I like sparkly things and these Pretty Please Pink Diamante Metal Handcuffs being made of metal gives them a little something more to them for me. The stones seem well stuck on, none got lost in transit to me or during our testing.
The length of the chain between the cuffs is approx. 7cm (about 2.75 inches) that does give them a feeling of restraint when worn.
The internal diameter of the cuff is approx. 16cm (6.5 inches) at the smallest setting and 20cm (just under 8 inches) at their largest setting making them adjustable for different wrist sizes.
There are keys with the Pretty Please Pink Diamante Metal Handcuffs, but don’t worry if these are lost as the cuffs can easily be opened by pushing the little clip on the top of the cuffs – something I found easy to do myself when wearing them. However I liked having the keys because at the end of our session it was nice to be symbolically released from them by my partner.
The cuffs and keys look good hanging on the wall with some of our other toys. Being able to easily open the handcuffs without the keys does negate the need to be cut free at the local A&E or, more sadly by some burly fire fighters.
We usually use strap restraints and having a disability that restricts the range of movement of my arms, I sometimes find these difficult to tolerate for any length of time or if I persist, I suffer afterwards.
With these I was able to move my arms (with permission) to a more comfortable position or place, such as on to my chest or tummy from above my head. There were marks on my wrists (like dents) but no real pain or bruising.
My partner liked the fact that he could tell me to play with his cock while wearing the Pretty Please Pink Diamante Metal Handcuffs, something he’d not had me do with the wrist straps. This added a little something extra to our restraint play.
I liked these.
I thought they were pretty and at £14 represented good value for money. They might not be to everyone’s taste with the diamante but that is a taste thing.
Overall I would give the Pretty Please Pink Diamante Metal Handcuffs 9 out of 10. This is because it is a shame they are so easy to open and although the diamante seem very secure at present, I wonder if they might start to come off eventually. Time will tell.
