It would be fair to say Cara is responsible for my purchase of a Pink Doxy Wand Massager. Her enthusiasm for the holy grail of wands fuelled a long held desire to own one myself. After much deliberation, and the death of my old wand, I decided to take the plunge and purchased a pink Doxy wand. I didn’t have long to wait as thanks to Lovehoney’s super fast delivery service the next day an excitingly large box arrived at my door.

Upon excitingly tearing open the package I was initially stunned by the size of the box. It looked elegant without a hint of sleaze anywhere. The outer box has a beautiful image of the wand itself and inside is a sophisticated white slip case with Doxy written on it in large pink letters. Even the packaging oozes class.
As lovely as the wrapping was I wanted the prize inside… I carefully opened the box and was genuinely slightly awestruck at the Doxy itself. It’s probably one of the most exciting looking toys I own. The Doxy Wand Massager itself is about as big as my forearm and feels distinctly weighty as I wielded it for the first time. The colour was a nice grown up pink, not at all tacky looking. The head of the wand is a substantial pale grey, body safe, padded PVC affair, it’s much larger than I expected and I wonder if I will be able to get the pin point stimulation I usually need to be able to cum.
The Doxy Wand Massager runs off the mains and is available in different plug types for those outside of the UK. The cable is a decent 2.8 metres allowing plenty of scope for even the biggest bedrooms. I plug mine in by my bedroom door and it still reaches across the room to allow me to comfortably lie on my bed when playing. The Doxy is billed as “The World’s Most Powerful Massager Wand” and running at 9000 RPM it’s a claim that definitely appears to hold up.
The Doxy’s controls are ridiculously simple, one button for on/off, one to raise the vibration and one to calm it. The buttons are nice and large and easy to find when using the wand. If you hold the on/off button for a few seconds you can activate the pulse feature. I tentatively switched my Doxy Wand Massager on and was shocked by the strength of the vibration alarmingly this wasn’t even at full speed as the Doxy appears to come on about half way up its speed settings.
Time for a quick try. I switched the Doxy down low and gently pressed it against my clit. At first the sensation was a bit itchy and ticklish, I started to think I may have had too high expectations, then all of a sudden i came. Literally. It appeared to come out of the blue and it was strong and deep, a real “throw back your head and moan like a banshee” kind of orgasm. Wow. I switched the Doxy Wand Massager off for a minute whilst composing myself. My poor clit was still humming in shock. Luckily for me I actually can’t tolerate full speed with The Doxy Wand for more then a few seconds as it feels far too intense and itchy in sensation however if you are a real power queen that may be the setting for you, just perhaps think about sound proofing your bedroom before becoming addicted to the Doxy’s magic.
I adore my Pink Doxy Wand Massager. I love that I can share it so well with my partner and I really like that it has a dual purpose being used for actual massage as well as mind blowing orgasms.
