Crystal Delights Pink Rosebud Delight Butt Plug Review

Crystal Delights is one of the most well-known glass sex toy manufacturers around, boasting a wide array of creatively gorgeous dildos and plugs. Before I acquired this lovely piece, the Crystal Delights Pink Rosebud Delight Butt Plug, my experience with glass toys was limited to a cheap, probably-not-high-quality glass bumpy “wand” dildo. It was nice to use it for temperature play and to experience the hardness not afforded by silicone, but it was sort of oddly designed and after I did some research I found that it might have been surface-dyed and/or low grade glass. This butt plug, however, is the best of the best in every category.

Packaging
The single-use packaging is minimal, just tissue paper and the Crystal Delights sticker holding it together. I like this because it’s so low-waste! Beyond that, the Crystal Delights Pink Rosebud Delight Butt Plug comes with a beautiful handmade pouch. It’s a nice silky material with a floral brocade pattern that subtly stands out as both the thread and the cloth are different textures of the same color.
The pouch is thick enough for me to feel safe setting it down on the table and not worry about scratches, but it isn’t something I would willingly drop-test on the ground. It’s perfect for protecting the Crystal Delights Pink Rosebud Delight Butt Plug from scratches in my sex toy drawer as it doesn’t take up much space, unlike most boxes that come with toys of similar quality.
Appearance
I do not think I am gushing unreasonably when I say that this plug is the most gorgeous toy I’ve seen this year. I am an absolute sucker for things that look like other things, and this piece’s “bud” shape that is literally a rosebud shape is positively squeal-worthy. I can envision giving the Crystal Delights Pink Rosebud Delight Plug to a partner in a bundle of short-stemmed roses at the beginning of a date (perhaps with a mandate to put it in immediately before we leave…).
The two-tone coloration of the Crystal Delights Pink Rosebud Delight Butt Plug is striking and original in the face of most other single-colored glass plugs available all over Amazon. The bud has three curved lines spreading outward and down from the top, presenting the appearance of petals, and the curves in the overall design are downright sensual. The Swarovski crystal in the base is absolutely riveting. It has depth and color variation that is so captivating that I got so distracted during my photoshoot that I just stared into it for ten minutes, turning it in the light.
Quality
The quality of this plug, like everything by Crystal Delights in general, is phenomenal. It’s made of borosilicate glass, which has an extremely high tensile strength and is resistant to shattering. This means there is no chance of the Crystal Delights Pink Rosebud Delight Butt Plug shattering when you set it down, and no paranoia of it snapping off while in use. The dye is inside the glass, so it is safe to use, unlike the surface-painted pieces sold by some shady dealers on Amazon that can bring serious harm.
The glass has a few bubble trails in it, but I find them delicately pretty rather than distracting.
Feel
The glass is of course very hard and very cool to the touch. This makes this glass butt plug optimal for temperature play – just run it under some cool or warm water to change the temperature of the glass. The hardness of the glass makes the modest diameter of the plug feel quite filling. The two discernible “bloops” of the bud and the top of the stem can be felt when inserting the plug, and it’s quite nice. It is longer than most plugs of a similar size family, but it isn’t uncomfortable.
However, it makes itself known. The Crystal Delights Pink Rosebud Delight Butt Plug is shaped so that it is nigh impossible to forget it is there. The round base is not obtrusive like I was concerned.

Overall, I love this Crystal Delights Pink Rosebud Delight Butt Plug both for myself and for a partner. It looks gorgeous, it’s high quality, and it feels amazing. It is suitable for all levels of experience. I would highly recommend this plug for a single person looking for a beautiful toy as well as to a couple looking for sexy, beautiful gift.
