BMS Factory PowerBullet Pillow Talk Sassy G-Spot Vibrator Review

By GenderQueer

The BMS Factory PowerBullet Pillow Talk Sassy G-Spot Vibrator (I now call mine Sassy for short) first caught my eye with its unusually designed handle. The insertable portion of the toy is pretty usual for a G-Spot toy but the handle made it look that bit more interesting. I’ve found that after a few years of collecting toys they can all start to look very same-ish so any added detail like that is quite welcome.

PowerBullet Pillow Talk Sassy G Spot Vibrator Review

The packaging of the Sassy Vibe is large considering the size of the toy itself. It is an all white box a clear panel on its front and with simple text about the toy on its sides. It is sturdy and arrives sealed in clear plastic which assuring.

Inside the box you’ll find that the vibrator sits in a layer of protective foam. It is a rather deep layer of foam but a ribbon is in place to help you easily remove the toy from it. A large white storage bag is included and at first I thought the toy came without a charging cable but it was actually packed inside the storage bag. I was confused at first when I also found a small brush inside the storage bag. It is the kind of brush you usually get to clean personal shavers with and It explains in the information leaflet that this is for cleaning the grooves in the metallic band of the toy.

The PowerBullet Pillow Talk Sassy G Spot Vibrator is a silicone rechargeable G-spot vibrator. The total length of the toy is about 8 inches but the insertable length of the toy is under five inches. It is available in two colours, pink or blue. Both are pastel shades. I was sent the pink to review and in person it reminded me of pink candy floss.

After removing the vibe from it’s packaging I noticed the decent weight of the toy. The motor appears to be in the bulbous head so that end of the toy is heavy while the handle feels lighter. The curve of the shaft and slight increase in girth towards to head of the Sassy looked promising for G-spot stimulation. The head feels firm as it houses the toys motor but lower down the shaft it has some flexibility. The design on the handle comes in handy for keeping a good grip on the toy.

Before using the PowerBullet Pillow Talk Sassy G Spot Vibrator I made sure it was fully charged. The pin of the USB charging cord enters the base of the toy. The opening for this pin is very small which makes it a little tricky but also helps to protect it from water. The Sassy is water resistant but its care leaflet says it should not be submerged. The sparkly power button (which features a Swarovski Crystal) on the base of the toy flashes with light when the toy is charging. This light stays on steadily when it has finished charging.

The PowerBullet Pillow Talk Sassy G Spot Vibrator locks itself while charging meaning that you can’t use it at the same time. Once it is fully charged it then automatically unlocks itself. One thing I love about the charging cable is that it comes with a sticker attached to it that reads ‘Pillow Talk’ and which will come in very handy when I’m wrestling with my pile of charging cables and looking for this exact one. More companies could do with including a sticker like this.

This features a single power button and the information leaflet includes simple illustrations on how to switch the toy on, travel lock the toy, run through its functions etc. To get from one setting to the next you need to hold the button down for a couple of seconds.

Starting with the lowest vibration setting; I noticed the vibrations are rumbly rather than buzzy, they weren’t very strong though. The packaging had mentioned that this is powered via ‘Powerbullet Technology’ so I while I am usually no power queen, I had expected something stronger. Running through the higher vibration settings I still found it to be lacking in power. The rumble that it has is pleasant but I constantly found myself wanting a bit more ‘oomph’.

The shape of the Sassy worked well for G-Spot stimulation and while the vibrations weren’t amazing internally either, this worked for reaching the spot and stimulating it in the same way I would with a dildo. The size of the Sassy was filling but not overwhelming and the small amount of flex in the shaft was enough to make it comfortable. When used clitorally I found this worked nicely as a rumbly but gentle warm-up toy. It wasn’t always enough for me to finish with. I would start a session with this and often end up needing a stronger toy to finish up with.

Cleaning the PowerBullet Pillow Talk Sassy G Spot Vibrator was simple. It is made of silicone and abs plastic, both are easily cleaned and cared for. Silicone lubricants should never be used with silicone toys as they can degrade the material over time. I used water based lube with this and found it becomes slick and didn’t require a second application of lube in any of my play sessions. I wash the Sassy with warm water and mild hand soap and I take care not to submerge the toy while cleaning it. The brush included does indeed come in handy for the metallic band. The storage bag keeps this lint-free between uses.

PowerBullet Pillow Talk Sassy G Spot Vibrator Review

Overall I was disappointed at the lack of power the PowerBullet Pillow Talk Sassy G Spot Vibrator offered. This scored high in every other area but when it came down to performance it wasn’t always enough. I’m no Power Queen so if this wasn’t enough for me I can unfortunately see it being too weak for most.

I would give this a 5 out 10

  1. The sassy pillow talk vibrator is a huge waste of money. It looks great in the store, but is a serious disappointment in action!!! I bought it on a Sunday, by Tuesday it was useless. The vibrating power diminishes after about 15 mins. The battery totally died after an hour. If I could return it, I definitely would!!!!!
