The Rabbit Company G-Spot Rabbit Vibrator Review

By Supercutesecret

I was extremely excited to be allowed to review The Rabbit Company G-Spot Rabbit Vibrator from the June Round of The Pleasure Panel, so huge thanks to Cara for letting me! This is the most expensive toy I have ever had the pleasure of trying out, so my main area of intrigue when setting out to review was “is this toy worth the price?”. Well, I have had this item for a month now and used it on multiple occasions and I am yet to get bored of this beauty!

Beautiful, sturdy packaging was what my eyes met when I first ripped open my Rabbit Company G-Spot Rabbit Vibrator package – hands down the best packaging I’ve ever had a toy come in. I mean, it’s kind of the worst packaging ever in regards to discreet disposal, since it is so sturdy you cant rip it up or anything, but for total experience and making the product look nice it gets two thumbs up. If you have no issues about needing to be discreet, you could most definitely keep the box to actually store the rabbit in and it even closes with a magnetic closure.

The items included in the box are the Rabbit Company G-Spot Rabbit Vibrator, a little instruction booklet and a charging cable. Whilst I found this toy rather easy to work out how to use without reading up first, I recommend you do read the instructions, as it lets you know odd additional features, like the travel lock feature where you can click the + and – buttons together for 3 secs and it is then locked and cannot be switched on until you unlock again. The booklet is generic in some places, so clearly a few products from this company have similar features.

Before I was able to use this for the first time, I had to charge it up (for two hours it recommended). This is my first rechargeable toy and I totally get the hype – it just feels super easy to be able to just plug it and know that later on it’ll just work. This charges via a USB cable with a pin end that you connect into the vibrator. A super helpful feature this has is that the rabbit symbol on the control panel lets you know what state of charge this toy is in when plugged in: a flashing light when charging, a solid light when done charging and even a rapid flashing light when not plugged in, but on critically low battery. You can apparently use this for 2 hours on 2.5 hours charge. I only use this maybe every few days, and for like half an hour at a time, but I estimate it lasted longer than that and battery hasn’t ever been critically low (I did the odd recharge for a little bit here and there).

A huge plus of the Rabbit Company G-Spot Rabbit Vibrator is that it is made from silicone. The silicone is of the high quality, silky smooth and matte type that doesn’t attract random flecks of dust and hair – hallelujah! I understand that some people have this aversion to bright pink toys – I do not have this aversion, but I would like to reassure that you can buy this toy also in purple, and there is even a limited edition version with crystals on the white handle part, if you like a bit of bling.

This rabbit is smaller than I was expecting it to be. I am small all over: height, dress size, hand size, (plus vulva & vagina size since it seems relevant to mention here!), so I am accustomed to toys being slightly bigger than probably intended, but I always make them work for me. This toy is actually a toy I feel like was made with my measurements in mind!

Its dimensions are 8 inches total length, 4 inches insertable length and a girth of about 4.5 inches around the G-spot head (by my measurements). Those measurements don’t sound small, but I kid you not that I would not have put this at 8 inches long by eye. Add in the fact that this actually has a lot of flexibility to it, despite the fact the motors must obviously be present inside, and this is super non-intimidating. I can easily insert this with no warm-up, though the nature of the material does mean a dab of lube is very helpful.

So, once inserted (and before insertion, just when I was having a fiddle around) this is where vibration discovery begins! The five buttons on the Rabbit Company G-Spot Rabbit Vibrator control panel (power on/off, + and – for changing intensity/power of vibrations, rabbit button to change ears shaft pattern and squiggly line button to change insertable shaft pattern) are super easy to work, you just click through. When you first turn it on, both motors come to life on the lowest intensity and first (single speed) pattern and you can then customise from there. If you would prefer to only have one of the motors on, you will just need to hold either the rabbit or squiggly line button down for a few seconds and it will turn that particular motor off. I like having both on, because that’s the whole point of picking this particular toy when I want dual stim, right?

In the instructions, it gives a breakdown of the vibrations with fancy names and diagrams, and both the insertable shaft and ears have the same range of six patterns. I appreciate that with these patterns, only one or two have actual pauses in – I find the main gripe with patterns is that they don’t sustain blood-flow, so people build up, then get cut off, and it becomes frustrating. Most of these patterns are basically constant, so whilst my fave is the single, constant speed (why change a classic?), these patterns are not resigned to “annoying” in my book. They are as follows:

  1. “Constant” – indeed, this is a constant, single speed and will be most people’s favourite mode I assume, myself included
  2. “Wave” – has a half-a-second pause between vibrations
  3. “Pulse” – basically a faster “Wave”
  4. “Ascend” – actually just feels constant on first intensity, but you can tell the pattern better on the higher intensities. I’d have called this one “Wave” to be honest, it has a continuous up and down, a bit like the “Wave” function but with no pauses
  5. “Oscillate” – like “Ascend”, but faster and has a more noticeable up and down
  6. “Random” – yeah, this is kinda random, I feel like most people would find this one irritating, as it doesn’t keep any sort of constant stimulation/pattern. It is also like 4x as loud as all the other patterns and I don’t really know why, but avoid this setting if  you are trying to keep quiet

Further customisation of the vibrations can be had with how powerful you require them to be. There are five available intensities and from the very 1st intensity, it starts off powerful and lightly rumbly. I can easily get off with this lowest level. Easily. The 2nd and 3rd are more deeply rumbly and are powerful and I love these two loads, they strike a great balance between powerful stimulation without making me numb. I tend to use the 1st one most often though, due to it being the quietest and me still being able to orgasm.

I love the vibrations so much and find them so powerful that honestly I find the 4th and 5th intensities too much and they start making me numb pretty quickly. They become kind of buzzy (though not horribly/unbearably so) and feel a little “powerful for the sake of being powerful”, but as my clit is not tuned to that strength of vibration, those who need more power will probably appreciate the 4th and 5th more than I. In a weird way, I really love that I find the top levels a little TOO powerful – it is such a waste to have one or two super weak filler speeds, why not start powerful and end at mega-powerful, that way this will hopefully cater to even the most uncooperative of clits. Note that turning the power level up or down works in both motors, so you have to have both motors on the same intensity.

I am so happy with the fairly quiet noise level of the Rabbit Company G-Spot Rabbit Vibrator, as I find it super powerful, but I can still use the 1st strength with other people close by, the 2nd strength if it’s late and others will probably be asleep, but further up I would probably keep to when alone (which is fine as I prefer the lower intensities anyway). It emits the type of noise that you don’t really notice, which kind of blurs into background noise/silence (unless you know it’s there) for the first couple of strengths.

The actual ears of the Rabbit Company G-Spot Rabbit Vibrator are very solid and non-floppy. They aren’t huge in size, but they are strong enough that they should be able to hold your clit and not just be squished and muffled by your surrounding vulva. In my personal experience, these ears can actually be a little TOO solid and can feel harsh at times, almost cutting, so a lot of the time I actually prefer to push this toy slightly further inside me and use the shaft of that motor on my clit, instead of the ears specifically.

I have a small vulva and easily accessible clit, so I feel the ears will work better with those with puffier labia or a more hidden clit, who require a more forceful presence. If you look on the photos, there are also some weird nodule things where the rabbit’s face would be. These don’t do anything for me, as they don’t touch anything of orgasmic importance when in use, since I either have the ears around my clit or the rabbit ears shaft pressed against it, therefore the nodules bypass my clit.

This particular rabbit from The Rabbit Company is supposed to be their G-Spot offering. I’ll be honest, at first I didn’t really think it was doing much for my G-Spot and I thought the G-spot head just wasn’t prominent enough – it is not as large or curvy as most other toys intended for this purpose and actually has quite a flat head, but I can understand how the shape is meant to hook onto that spot.

It has grown on me however, now that I add a slight thrust or scoop when I use this toy. I am not necessarily convinced with actual vibrations giving me a G-spot orgasm, but know that scooping/thrusting on my G-spot with toys works (though I am sure vibes help blood-flow) and indeed I can make the shape work.

The Rabbit Company G-Spot Rabbit Vibrator doesn’t need a hard thrust or even full insertion, as the edge of the head just seems to hit my G-spot with enough pressure to stimulate, but in a subtle way, where I don’t really notice it, but it still feels good, and when I am close to orgasm I can feel all that G-spot stimulation come to a head and tip me over.

I have also tested the Rabbit Company G-Spot Rabbit Vibrator out just as an external clitoral vibrator with non-insertion. The ears would be powerful enough, but positioning is fiddly if you don’t have inserted, so I find that using the insertable shaft as your external vibrator works better and I personally find it powerful enough. This is better used in its intended way though.

For cleaning afterwards, the instructions say it is fine to use soap and water, so I do, but this thing can be surprisingly a bit of a bitch to clean. The nodule things need a thorough scrub, and getting to the part where the two shafts meet is a pain, but I suppose I’d be picky to mark that down as a con. One thing you must be careful of is to not submerse this toy, as the charging port does have a cap, but it isn’t watertight.

The Rabbit Company G-Spot Rabbit Vibrator was the first toy I ever stored in my bedside drawer instead of straight away putting it away in my toy box – I think I have a new favourite toy!

Overall rating: 9/10
