I have two things to admit before I start this System JO Premium Silicone Lube review.
1) In the past, I have used fairly basic and commonly available lubes. It had never occurred to me that there was a whole range to choose from and that they could somehow make a huge difference. I know, silly me!
2) I had a fairly traumatising experience with a certain 2-in-1 lube that shall remain unamed . It smelled amazing, but then felt a bit too sticky and turned out to taste AWFUL. I’m pretty sure I made the same face kids make when eating Brussels sprouts.

With those two things in mind, I wasn’t expecting much when I received this silicone lube. How wrong was I!
The tiny bottle is very practical. It can be kept in a handbag discreetly: you never know when you might need it after all. Also, it is very easy to open with its disc top cap (screw caps and slippery hands DO NOT mix).
The System JO Premium Silicone Lube itself feels very silky. At first, I thought that it might be a bit too runny, but, as soon as I poured it, I realised that the texture was perfect. I thought that I might have to use plenty, but I was wrong again. This is a good thing because the bottle is quite small and I thought I might run out very quickly otherwise.
This test wouldn’t be complete if I didn’t try to taste it though. This lube is not flavoured and, because of my previous experiences, this makes me very happy. It tastes of nothing, and I like it that way!
I really recommend this System JO Premium Silicone Lube: it feels lovely, it is compact, it doesn’t go sticky and it tastes nice. I have a newfound appreciation of lube and I’m definitely never going back to using my old brands.
