By DivaFoof

I received the DONA Sassy Tropical Tease Linen Spray from the DONA by JO range to test on behalf of Cara Sutra’s Pleasure Panel in exchange for my open and honest review.

DONA Sassy Tropical Tease Linen Spray ReviewThe DONA Sassy Tropical Tease Linen Spray gives the description that you can “add an irresistible invitation to your linens with DONA Linen Sassy Aroma Tropical Tease Spray. Infused with invigorating pheromones and aphrodisiacs, just a few sprays will transform your bedroom into a playful boudoir.”

This linen spray is a clear liquid and the spray is a standard atomiser that directs a mist onto whatever you point it at. I chose to try it on my bedding.   I have standard £15 cotton sheets from Asda George range and so wasn’t too worried about discolouration. However if you fancy silk sheets, or some other material, then you’re advised to test it on somewhere you won’t see first.  The closer you spray it, the most you get a circle patch but that dries clear with no mark left afterwards.

Presentation

DONA Sassy Tropical Tease Linen Spray ReviewThe 30ml bottle is a delightful size. It has a very plain purple label adorning the logo DONA with very small writing after that. What it is, is written in orange but the rest of the text is in white. You wouldn’t know that it was designed to bring you the horn just by being sat on your bedside table, so it’s a pretty safe bet if you have children or nosy relation.

Scent

The scent ‘Tropical Tease’ is a hard one to describe. The only thing I would say is that it’s quite a cheap smell but I think this is down to the  concentration. Sadly, the label doesn’t contain the ingredients in DONA Sassy Tropical Tease Linen Spray.  Despite doing some web searching I couldn’t find the ingredients online as to what the spray is made up of; ‘Tropical Tease’ could be anything. If you’re prone to migraines and know what sets them off, then you might want to steer clear of this. Initially it’s a powerful smell and whilst sat directly in the room post-spray, it was too much.

That said… I left my bedroom and returned no more than 15 minutes later and the smell was gone. The longevity of the product is minimal which is disappointing.  Therefore, If you have a special friend coming over and you want to entice, I’d imagine you’d have to spray and return 5 minutes later with said friend in order to gain the benefit (if there is one… as I personally gave up on the DONA Sassy Tropical Tease Linen Spray and was pounced on by my Master anyway).

Summary

Overall, this Linen Spray didn’t give me the horn nor did I feel like my bedroom was a boudoir, personally I think if you are looking for the boudoir and the gentle scent then it sounds like the massage candle that my colleague on the Pleasure Panel reviewed would be better as you’ll have a continuous gentle release of smell rather than a potent spray that dissipates quickly, and with no ingredients listed, I give it a 2/10.  Sorry.
