Flavoured and Special Effects
...when Cara offered up some tasty flavoured lubes from System JO, I couldn't resist offering my services. I mean, who wouldn't want to try a butterscotch flavoured lube. Just the thought of it had me salivating and thinking of fun ways to put it to the test.
Having thought about it, I thought that the System JO Candy Shop H2O Cotton Candy Lube sounded like an interesting idea. Would this lube slide me back to memories of fairgrounds and fun as a youngster, or would it prove to be too much of a tacky idea and leave me wanting a more conventional lubricant?
I have reviewed a few lubricants for Cara Sutra's Pleasure Panel and will always be happy to review more. This review is for the System JO Candy Shop H2O Butterscotch Lube available from Harmony Store. I have always been wary of flavoured lubes due to the taste not generally being great or greasy.
Here we have a fruit flavoured bottle of lubricant for review! The Kinx Aqua Slix Strawberry Flavoured Water-Based Lubricant from Simply Pleasure.
Lubricant is an important part of my sexual activities and I always keep a bottle or 3 handy. Visitors to my house know to expect to find sex toys and lube in the most unusual of places.
The Wife and I have had a lot of experience with Kama Sutra products. Starting as far back as her bridal shower, she was gifted multiple products from quite conservative family and friends, which I guess means they pass the "classy" test. These included play sets, massage oils, and other bedroom accoutrements. Needless to say, our honeymoon was filled with a lot of 'testing'.
Having already reviewed the Kinx Slix Anal Hybrid Water-Based Lubricant for Cara this month, I was ready to dive straight back in with another offering from Kinx from Simply Pleasure and review the Kinx Aqua Slix Warming Water-Based Lubricant.
So Divine are a UK company known for their range of safe and affordable sex toys to suit all tastes. Their new Prosecco Lubricant is their first foray into the personal lubrication market, available now direct from so-divine.com for £7.99/100ml bottle. So should you crack out the bubbly, or is this one best left on the shelf?
The EXSENS Raspberry Flavour Water Based Lube from EXSENS is a delightful and delicious water-based lubricant designed to add a bit of yummy tasting goodness to any fun that may occur.
Chocolate and orange is a delicious flavour combination, I can easily devour a Terry's chocolate orange in one sitting, its so deliciously moreish. I was excited to see the Lovehoney Chocolate Orange Flavoured Lube up for review for the Pleasure Panel's December round. Luckily I got the opportunity to review this yummy lubricant.
The Lovehoney Gin and Tonic Flavoured Lube came to us from Lovehoney via Cara Sutra and her Pleasure Panel for our holiday review. Mrs. Sexy and I are huge fans of lube and we are grateful to have been chosen to try out and share our opinion on such a unique, limited edition flavor.
Following the current gin revival trend, the Lovehoney Special Edition Gin and Tonic Flavoured Lubricant seemed right up my festive street. I’m looking forward to partaking in Ginvent again this year -and while I’m not imbibing those boozy samples, I can add a splash of gin flavour to intimate oral fun with my partner. Bottoms up!
If you’ve no clue what I’m going on about, first watch this... then come back. Yes, today I’m going to be talking about that old Christmas fave, chocolate orange. Not the confectionery though; the Lovehoney Chocolate Orange Flavoured Lubricant from Lovehoney.
I have been given the opportunity to review the Sliquid Swirl Blackberry Fig Lube (from sextoys.co.uk) by the Pleasure Panel, run and organised by Cara Sutra. Boasting an upmarket and unusual flavour I was looking forward to testing this water based lubricant out.
The Wicked Sensual Care Pink Lemonade Water Based Lube from Simply Pleasure is described as water-based lubricant for pleasure seekers who love flavoured fun and I find this to be pretty accurate and spot on for this product. This lubricant is designed to make oral just that little bit tastier and sweeter without leaving a after taste.
I had the pleasure of testing out numerous different lubricants, all of different kinds and flavours. Each lubricant in this selection of Ann Summers Essentials And Sex Lubes from Ann Summers had its own textures and feels, each had their own pros and cons.
A little back story this System JO H2O Lube Cotton Candy Flavoured Lube (available from Simply Pleasure) is what kind of attracted me to it in the first place -as I thought it was such a lovely idea. Its history is described as nostalgic to the 1904 when candy floss was first invented at a fair and gives you a very romantic idea especially the year and era it is based on which really gave the product it self a bit of story almost.
I really enjoyed the use of the Bondara Essentials Cooling Tingling Lubricant, the overwhelming senses did lead to a brilliant orgasm and boy does the cooling hanging around for a long time – the smell is very strong, it’s quite medicinal, normally I’d be all over this lube as it has menthol in it but it does honk and the intense feelings are a fine line between enjoyment and pain but overall if it didn’t have glycerine in it, I’d rate this lube quite high.
Well, let’s first admit I am really into kissable/edible sex essentials, not only lube but also massage oils, body paint, flavoured lip glosses and clitoral balms. Not only because I’m blatantly someone who REALLY loves food – and sweet food, sadly, is on the top ten of my favourites – but also because I feel they really bring new sensations to sex...
I was too curious to try this Bondara Essentials Spunk Lubricant! Since my guy lives in another city because of his work, I have definitely experienced what “I crave a good old facial and I just cannot have it right now” means; also, having some (fake) jizz always ready for some torrid bukkake play on Skype seemed a fun and stimulating idea. In this kind of situations, after all, play and creativity are the only things that help you survive the relationship I’m afraid :)
