Sh Easy Egg Vibrator

Pleasure Panel review by Scandarella

Love eggs. Of all of the types of sex toy out there, love eggs are possibly my least favourite. They’re never powerful, they seem to just float around inside me, not touching anything that makes me go ooh. Nope, not a toy I ever really find joy in.

But that doesn’t mean my quest to find one that rocks my world must come to an end, and whenever I get an opportunity to give one a go, I take it.

This Sh Easy Egg Vibrator looked promising when I first unpacked it. Nine times out of ten, the control units on these battery powered contraptions are flimsy and fragile, but the one that powers this toy is pretty well made, though it has quite a short wire. It feels sturdy in the hand, and the buttons are those flat, behind the scenes ones that I like. It’s harder to accidentally press them in use, so there’s no worrying about surprise changes at the wrong moment.

The sleeve has been removed for cleaning, and is stretched out around the opening already. The silver coating on the egg is very easily scuffed (as is obvious in the picture I took) so I can see it wearing off quickly if subjected to regular use.

I use most vibrating toys on my clitoris before anything else, and I was so tempted to ditch the sleeve, but I was glad I didn’t in the end. I love textures on and around my vulva, and if this had been made out of silicone, or even just ABS plastic, I’d have loved the nodules on it, but squishy TPR just flattens to nothing, and there was no way would I be feeling those bumps, so I thought it was kinda pointless. But I kept the sleeve on, and it helped with my grip once my fingers were covered in lube.

The vibrations of the Sh Easy Egg Vibrator are, sadly, worse than I expected. It’s powered by two AAA batteries, and I’ve got some toys I enjoy using that take the same, but the vibes on this just don’t do it for me at all. People who aren’t in to deep vibes and prefer surface buzzing (like my husband, for example) will likely get on well with this toy, but it’s just too high pitched for me. I found myself really grinding it into my clitoris so I could get some sensation from it, and in the end it was pretty much manually stimulating myself with friction and pressure that finally got me to the finish line.

I did try the Sh Easy Egg Vibrator internally, but I may as well have stuck a tic-tac up there for all the good it did. It’s too small and not nearly powerful enough to hit the spot for me, so it quickly came back out again.

A friend of mine believes that nothing is ever a complete failure, though, and I think she could be right, because my husband absolutely adores having the Sh Easy Egg dangling around between his legs. It’s cute watching him shiver every time it taps against his balls or perineum, and stroking it around his anus while I give him oral makes him very happy. That in turn makes me happy, and there’s the silver lining.

I can safely say that every sex toy finds a use in our house eventually, and even though my quest for the perfect love egg is still on, this Sh Easy Egg Vibrator is no exception.

5/10
