Pink BOB Lust Silicone Rechargeable Wand Review
By Pleasure Panel reviewer Romantic Isa
I was really excited to review the Pink BOB Lust Silicone Rechargeable Wand. I had had some dealings with Pink B.O.B. before and although I don’t like the name Battery Operated Boyfriend, the PR lady at Pink B.O.B. was very friendly and super easy to deal with. So I was happy to be offered this toy by the Pleasure Panel.
The Pink BOB Lust Silicone Rechargeable Wand is 7.75 inches long and has a diameter of 1.63 inches. It’s not huge, but it seemed big enough to me. It’s made of silicone – all of it.
The good thing is that this means it is also waterproof, which carries a lot of weight in my books. I love being able to wash my toys in the sink and using them in the shower or bath always adds another dimension to my play. The wand is rechargeable, which means you don’t have to worry about inserting batteries. You just have to push the charger pin through the silicone which can be a bit tricky (you really have to push hard).
Ease of Use
The Pink BOB Lust Silicone Rechargeable Wand is easy to turn on. It has an on button, then a button for the speeds and one for the patterns. I love that, as I hate patterns, so this way I can concentrate on just the speeds and ignore the patterns. You still have to cycle through all the speeds to get back to the first one, but at least you don’t have to worry about the patterns.
Oddly enough, the wand turns on at the highest setting. I am not sure who thought that would be a good idea, I generally like to start out slow and build up to a crescendo and I can’t be alone in that wish.
So, did I like it? First off, I have to mention here that I love rumbly toys. The deeper the rumble the better. Unfortunately the Pink BOB Lust Silicone Rechargeable Wand is not rumbly. I find it hard to describe as when I try it out on my hand the vibrations aren’t unpleasant. They are a bit buzzy, sure, but not to the point that my hand turns numb.
However, when I press the head against my vulva, things take a turn for the worst. I tried it at all speeds, but although my clit didn’t hate the vibrations too much, my labia actually hurt. The Pink BOB Lust Silicone Rechargeable Wand seems to be pinching my labia, that’s the only way I can use to describe it. Even at low speed it was uncomfortable. It seemed to be a constant struggle between my clit feeling good and my labia hurting. I love broad stimulation, but this toy did not deliver according to my expectations. Sex toys shouldn’t hurt, in my opinion.
The Pink BOB Lust Silicone Rechargeable Wand does not feel like a cheap toy, but it just didn’t work with my body. I have another wand that I get on with brilliantly (sadly not the Doxy), so it’s not that my pussy doesn’t like any wands.
