L’Amourose Prism V Vibrator

Pleasure Panel review by Little Switch Bitch

L’Amourose…  It’s a name I associate with sophisticated seduction. You might think I’m off my nut saying a sex toy company’s name can seduce me… but it does. L’Amourose are the full package – from their superior attention to detail to the high standard of quality, no stone is left unturned. My first taste of all this came in the form of the L’Amourose Rosa Rouge vibrator – powerful, deep rumbly vibes, smooth super soft silicone and the packaging it arrived in reflected how luxurious the Rosa is.

Now, the Rosa is amazing. Yes, I’m still rambling on about it but you see, it’s pretty much damn near perfect for me but there has always been one issue with it… It’s bulbous head. It’s ace if left sitting in me but the minute I try and fuck it with the speed I require to hit my g-spot the way it needs to be hit, the curvature of the head just catches against my pubic bone. It doesn’t fit my anatomy correctly and that has always sadden me…  I’m fully aware this is a L’Amourose Prism V Vibrator review, but bear with me.

Soon enough, my twitter filled off news informing me of the new L’Amourose Prism V Vibrator and L’Amourose Prism VII Vibrator… The first thing that caught my eye was the head. Smaller head than the near perfect Rosa… could a Prism solve the one issue I had?! And as part of Cara’s Pleasure Panel and Pasante, I was about to find out by getting to roadtest the Prism V.

The powdery sky blue colour of the L’Amourose Prism V Vibrator is visible straight away as it arrives in a box with a see through plastic lid, with L’Amourose embossed in gold writing on the lid. In the box, you’ll find a velvet storage bag, which is also lined to prevent fluff sticking to your toy, a instruction booklet, a USB charge cable and a warranty card. On retrieving the Prism, it feels as soft as the L’Amourose Rosa does, yes!! This makes me happy. Sitting in my hand, it resembles a origami swan – delicately designed, gorgeous and graceful. The curvature in the neck of the Prism was also something I was rather excited about and as well as all that, it feels quite light to hold too. Weighing in at 140g, it will take a fair amount of going to tire out your hand, another bonus. Now, some toy info : a 1 hour charge will provide two and half hour playtime using a medium speed according to the L’Amourose website. The L’Amourose Prism V Vibrator itself is approx 7 inches long – with an insertable length of 3.1 inches and a head with just shy of 1.3 inches in circumference. Not the longest or the thickest toy out there- but  honestly, it doesn’t need to be.

Popping the L’Amourose Prism V Vibrator on charge will cause a light to appear and flash which will just stay on without flashing when the prism is fully charged. The USB cable that is provided is magnetic so it just clicks into place on the bottom of the vibe. I tell you something it was the longest hour ever waiting for it finish charging. You fire the the Prism to life using the (+) button, keep pressing on it the increase the vibrations, using (-) will decrease the power and eventually power off the toy too. Between both buttons is the coffee bean shaped button and pressing this one will flick through the 5 vibration patterns. The Prism has 12 speeds, all of which are quite deep and extremely rumbly. Maybe, only slightly buzzy when hitting the top speed, but this is only very slight.

In use, the shape alone, without turning the vibes on can produce quite an orgasm for me. The curvature of the neck teamed up with the firmness of the head hit my g spot effortlessly. The soft silicone makes dragging minimalistic and is welcomed as silicone toys usually have some amount of dragging. The big thing for me was the head and I am happy to report the head doesn’t beat the crap outta my public bone so I can bang away to beat the band. The vibrations produced by the Prism, while sitting on my clit allow me a hand free orgasm, every time… It’s completely effortless and I go through phases of lazy wanking so this makes me and my hands incredibly happy.  But more importantly, the Prism has allowed me for the first time really, to appreciate inner vibes. Normally, it’s all about vibrations for external stim and firmness for inner. I have read and heard down through the years, so many people rave about inner vibrations and while they are good, I have never really found them to be great. See, it’s only really in the year or so I have figured out how I work internally, as funny as that sounds. And, I am pretty chuffed I have gotten the chance to be able to explore this more using the L’Amourose Prism V Vibrator, designed specifically with a G Spot in mind.

Oh, the handle, I haven’t mentioned the handle yet! The L’Amourose Prism V Vibrator has a handle, which I like and dislike. Like – perfect length to be able to grip and direct it in the way I need to use it. The 3D diamond L’Amourose style print allows extra grip even when hands are slippery and make the toy look even more classy! Dislike – buttons. I really wish the (+) was on top and the (-) on the bottom as well as that, they are both quite flush with silicone so it’s quite hard to distinguish between both. But, the coffee bean button is slightly more raised so it can be used as a guide. Do the buttons affect how much I love the Prism V? No! The simple answer is they don’t.  The L’Amourose Prism V Vibrator is also submersible meaning you can use it in the bath or the shower and it also means cleaning it isn’t an issue either.

L'Amourose Prism V Vibrator Review

The L’Amourose Prism V Vibrator for me is a clit vibe and g spotter – a vibe and a dildo combination and depending on my mood, it can be either. A very versatile toy which is my definition of perfection! It’s at this point I must say a huge thank you again to Cara for giving me the opportunity to fall in love with L’Amourose all over again !

  1. I have designed a revolutionary new vibrator. I believe it will be a huge success. So far all I have is a playdough prototype, where do I go from here?
