The box:

The packaging for the Drop of Sweden H2O Rabbit Vibrator is pretty simple. It kinda reminds me of the boxes of tissues my aunt always has lying around her house, except instead of sheets of paper, the cut out on this one reveals a sex toy that it turns out is definitely nothing to turn your nose up at.

In the box:

Drop of Sweden H2O Rabbit Vibrator with water cap attached.
Standard end cap for use out of the shower.
Information booklet with care instructions, usage instructions and a section detailing the available vibration patterns.

At 6 inches in insertable length and 4 inches in circumference, this silicone creation is a helluva lot smaller than the insertables I’m used to. When I first held it in my hand I thought – this isn’t gonna work for me. Then I popped in two AAA batteries and switched it on and thought – yeah, so not gonna work.

Don’t get me wrong. The shaft is made from a lovely, sensually smooth silicone and there’s some vein-like detailing on there that does feel nice to the touch, but once it’s inside me, I don’t feel it. In fact, I don’t feel much at all. It’s so slim it’s not enough to satisfy the girth hungry monster I’m fast becoming, and I honestly didn’t think there was even the slightest chance that I was ever going to get on with the Drop of Sweden H2O Rabbit Vibrator.

Almost everything about it is just so underwhelming. Despite the array of patterns and speeds, the vibrations are pathetically weak, even on full, so as nice an idea as the extra cap that comes supplied with the toy “for bed use” is, I can’t see it being used any time ever. The whole thing feels light and cheap and the cap that covers the battery housing feels so flimsy I did question whether it would actually be capable of living through contact with water.

There was only one way to find out, so off to the shower I went.  I have a mixer shower *sad face* so once the water was set to a temperature that wouldn’t make my vagina pull down the shutters, I lubed up the shaft of the Drop of Sweden H2O Rabbit Vibrator and my girlie bits (with a lot of water-based lube – this thing has some drag!) and inserted it all the way in, making sure the rabbity nozzle was pointing where I needed it. Then I switched on the shower…

DUDE, WHERE’S MY CLIT?!

That was the first sentence to pass my lips after experiencing the jet-wash that is the Drop of Sweden H2O Rabbit Vibrator. Fuck the non-existent vibes and the skinny-assed shaft, that jet of water is where it’s at! I’m a fan of bastardising the shower head for sexual gratification purposes anyway, but this was something entirely new. Slowly turning up the pressure until I had the full power of our plumbing being blasted out of a hole less than a centimetre in diameter directly at my clitoris made for one hell of a fast orgasm!

It also made for one hell of a wet bathroom after I dropped the toy and let it spray the walls while I shuddered away in a heap in the bottom of the bath, not giving even half a shit about the mess I was going to have to clean up when I came back down to earth.

Drop of Sweden H2O Rabbit Vibrator, I completely forgive you for being a weedy, wheezy little pile of crap.

That single jet of water has made the Drop of Sweden H2O Rabbit Vibrator the best soapy time toy I’m ever likely to own. Though the battery covering is indeed waterproof, I don’t think I’ll even put the batteries back in next time I use it, because there’s no point. Just slowly thrusting the shaft is more than enough when combined with the water, so I really don’t understand why it vibrates at all. I can only assume it was so it could be used outside of the bathroom, meaning Drop of Sweden didn’t end up with a purely novelty toy on their hands. And even though it is only worth using in the shower, in my opinion, they didn’t.

9/10
