Bijoux Indiscrets Aphrodisia Clitoral Orgasm Enhancer Balm Review
By Pleasure Panel reviewer Rattigan
Cara kindly selected me to review the Bijoux Indiscrets Aphrodisia Clitoral Orgasm Enhancer Balm on behalf of the Pleasure Panel. I was interested in finding a product that may enhance sexual stimulation and make things more enjoyable for myself. Knowing the product was made by a company I had heard of – Bijoux Indiscrets – reassured me of quality, and perhaps mounting expectations.
The Aphrodisia Orgasm Enhancer Balm arrived swiftly alongside the other item I had been selected to review for the Pleasure Panel that month (the BareDerma SuperVagina Kit if you are interested!). It all came packaged securely within a jiffy bag.
It must be noted that I received a sample of the Bijoux Indiscrets Aphrodisia Clitoral Orgasm Enhancer Balm – a condom-sized sachet. The product is available in 13ml bottles on the Bijoux Indiscrets website for €14.95.
The Bijoux Indiscrets Aphrodisia Clitoral Orgasm Enhancer Balm is made in Spain with 100% natural ingredients, 0% parabens and is 100% vegan. A full list of ingredients is available on the website. They were also printed on the back of the sachet I received. Bijoux Indiscrets’ declare the balm to smell of ‘aphrodisia’, using their own secret essence. I did not notice any scent on application.
The Bijoux Indiscrets Aphrodisia Balm claims to make “powerful orgasms: stronger and more frequent”. It is supposed to create sensitivity, help stimulation and intensify natural sensations. The effects should last up to forty minutes – “long-lasting” apparently.
I do not have any qualms with the Bijoux Indiscrets Aphrodisia Balm. Quite simply, it did not ‘do it’ for me. To apply it you simply put some on your finger and rub it into the clitoris. The sachet included more than enough for one sitting but I used most of it as it would have been messy to save. Within a few minutes I felt a dull tingling but I am afraid it did not turn into much more than that. Nonetheless, it felt surprisingly moisturising and I did not have a negative reaction to it. I did feel slightly more sensitive but the results were very minimal.
The Bijoux Indiscrets Aphrodisia Balm is more of a cream than a balm (as you can see in the photo). This is not necessarily a problem for me but the name is misleading. As Bijoux Indiscrets clearly put a lot of effort into their packaging and overall look, it is perhaps a bit of a shame that they could not use the correct terminology. Their products and website always look upmarket and professional. Very pleasing to the eye, which draws me in. Even the sachet that the sample of Aphrodisia Orgasm Enhancer Balm came in was sleek (you may notice the photos were taken after I’d opened the sachet – Oops! I apologise and next time hope to remember to photograph before opening)! It looked like a very expensive condom!
I was disappointed in the Bijoux Indiscrets Aphrodisia Balm. I expected more sensation and sensitivity from using it. That being said, I find ‘enhancer’ products’ effects often differ from person-to-person and what does not work for me may absolutely work for you. Bijoux Indiscrets are a reliable company, so their products are worth giving a try.
