We are a couple who is into fun with feet and enjoy sharing our foot fetish adventures with people online. ToeGirl's feet have been the centre of attention as we have pursued a wide variety of foot fetish related activities. We enjoy bare feet with painted toes as well as nylons, flip-flops and even the occasional pair of high-heels come into the mix. We try to be creative and do things with themes or colours and often try to do a mixture of photography and video whenever possible.

My fiance and I were in a long distance relationship for two separated years at the beginning of our relationship, and I joined a site called Sex Forums initially looking for ideas to try to make our sex life a little more exciting. My fiance has always been shy when it comes to talking about sex, and we didn't have much phone sex because getting started was awkward, so I was looking for other things we could try. I started a blog on Sex Forums and began writing sex toy reviews as a hobby, and while it took several years, that blog turned into a WordPress blog with my own domain. I'm very much a newbie, but I've already learned a lot and continue to do plenty of research.
I've met some truly amazing people while I've been blogging, both in the NSFW category and vanilla bloggers, too. Sometimes it actually makes me cry thinking about how many awesome people I know and how they're all improving the world. (This usually happens when I'm PMSing, and I usually tweet about it.)
If you know and understand your sexuality, you will have a much easier time with partner sex. I also hate how it's perfectly fine for 13 year old boys to wank into their dad's playboy (sorry, that was a bit heteronormative) but for a 13 year old girl to touch herself, it's taboo. I just can't accept that. If I have kids, and if I have a daughter, I'm going to teach her that there is no shame in masturbation, that it's beautiful, natural, and feels amazing.
Why did you start a sex blog or reviewing sex toys? I'm a sex+ person and I was trying to reclaim my sexuality after a traumatizing event. I wanted to learn more about my body and sex toy reviewing has put me and my body through so many good--and some bad--experiences. I'm grateful for all of them. I'm becoming a pro at me ; ) What’s your favourite thing about blogging? The writing process! I have notes plastered all around my room. I'm an English major and future author and sex+ woman, I needed something regular to write about.
I'm delighted to introduce this week's sex blogger in the spotlight: Paisley Gilmour from the Beating Around The Bush sex blog. As well as writing for her own blog, Paisley also writes the sex tips and advice column at the Reveal Magazine blog.
I mean most people have sex toys now, so it’s not really anything to be embarrassed about, but as a sex blogger you all know, we have more than the average amount of sex toys. His face at first started in amusement. Where you know he’s thinking ‘oh look I found a dildo’ he then found another and another. Storage bags filled with glass dildos, at that time I had over 20 glass dildos, and he had to pull each one out of its protective bag, and then the vibrators, the chest with the bondage gear, floggers, whips, and cuffs. I really don’t know if he knew what expression he thought he should be expressing on his face at that point. The poor guy had over 5 chests to go through.
illicitthoughts is where I explore my fascination with all things sexy. It contains my erotic fiction, true-life experiences, poetry, photographs and some of my ideas, opinions and thoughts about sex. I welcome and appreciate interaction with my readers and have made some excellent friends thanks to my blog
I have managed to embarrass myself on numerous occasions, but after some initial cringing, I can laugh about it. In the past year I have managed to: Post pictures of giant Bad Dragon dildos to my personal Facebook account Invite my readers to “enter me” (Thanks Cara for spotting that one!) Referred to someone as though they were male, for about a month before realising this person was actually female. Used the word “vagina” when talking about the vulva. (“Shave your vagina”) Fail!
This week in the Sex Blogger Spotlight Series we welcome a blogger who may be new to the reviewing scene, but is fast becoming a familiar face on the sex toy review circuit! Her passion for sex toys and providing honest, reliable feedback is sure to make her a trustworthy go-to for anyone seeking a real person's honest opinion about the sex toys they use.
This week it’s Jerusalem Mortimer in our sex blogger spotlight – who is one of those seemingly rare creatures: a male sex blogger. Not only a male sex blogger, but a Dom who loves to write about his BDSM interests on his fascinating sex blog...
I am a 41 year-old executive businesswoman living in a big city. I am also a Mom; my son Liam lives with me every other week. My blog is my journal. The turbulence in the last few years in my life – involving an open marriage, affairs, divorce, sexual reawakening, online dating – all while navigating equal custody of my son and trying to maintain a good relationship with my ex – inspired me to get back to writing.
In 2012, I had a lover who told me that he didn't like having sex with me because I couldn't let go and enjoy the experience. He wasn't wrong, but I was devastated. I realized I hadn't orgasmed in years (if ever), and I decided to blog my escapades in masturbation and orgasms. I also wanted a place to write down all the sexual fantasies that played through my head like a movie, all day, every day. Over time, I discovered D/s and my submissive nature, and my blog changed direction.
Hey, I’m CQ, writer, owner and chief sex toy maniac at Carnal Queen. Thanks for dropping by to read about me and my little blog, and thanks to Cara Sutra for hosting this fabulous Sex Blogger Spotlight Series! If you enjoy reading about me and my website, why not pop by on my blog or on Twitter to say hi :-) Right, let’s get started…
My most popular sex blog post was about my experience dating a BDSM top who rocked my world and left a welt on my ass that didnʼt allow me to sit properly for a month. I found him on a “vanilla” online dating site, but by our second date he had me tied up, naked, hanging from the rafters in his livingroom.
I read quite a few sex blogs. Many of them are excellent, but I hadn't found any written by someone who shares my identity as a polyamorous bisexual switch. I'd find myself nodding along with a perspective about kink only to be jarred by a sentence that implied that of course all relationships are monogamous, or reading about polyamory from a perspective that doesn't allow for consensual power dynamics in relationships. It felt as though reading a representation of sexuality that encompassed my experience required cobbling bits and pieces of others' writing into a sort of kinky Frankenstein's monster. If I was going to be doing that anyway, I may as well put it out there for anyone else who might be interested.
