On Her Back – Sex Blogger
Which country do you live in?
Approximately how long have you been sex blogging?
A little under a year
Why did you start a sex blog or reviewing sex toys?
I’m a sex+ person and I was trying to reclaim my sexuality after a traumatizing event. I wanted to learn more about my body and sex toy reviewing has put me and my body through so many good–and some bad–experiences. I’m grateful for all of them. I’m becoming a pro at me ; )
What’s your favourite thing about blogging?
The writing process! I have notes plastered all around my room. I’m an English major and future author and sex+ woman, I needed something regular to write about.
Do you use social media? If so, where can we find you?
Do your friends know you’re a sex blogger?
Yep! I just don’t share the address with some of them…
Do you take part in any blog memes? If so, which ones?
Will you still be blogging in 5 years time?
Hell yes. Writing is what I love doing. And fucking myself. Writing and fucking myself I’m very good at and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon.
If not already a professional blog: would you say you’re looking to earn a living from blogging eventually, or will it remain a hobby?
A hobby. I get small affiliate payouts but it’s never something I’d be able to live off of.
Tell us about three other bloggers you admire, and why.
Dangerous Lilly b/c of her dedication to body-safe toys.
Epiphora b/c she was the first blogger I’ve ever read
Penny, b/c she has the guts to show her body and her face. I show off my body, minus the face o.O
If you review sex toys, what are the top three toys you wish you could get your hands on next?
A DilDoll, the zombie dick from Fleshlight and their Aliens one. (Pretty much anything unique and weird.)
Who is your favourite adult shopping company, and why?
Good Vibes. It was the first sex toy store I went into when I was 16 (shhh) with my grandma, who just passed away. GV will always be special to me.
Do you prefer blogging fictional erotica, real life sex anecdotes or factual based content such as reviews and advice guides?
All of them! I don’t prefer one over the other. Because I’m new I have yet to do all of them but they’re all topics I’m excited to explore, especially the guides to sexual health (I read my butt off, it’s time to be an educator).
