Movember is the annual, international moustache growing event in November. Movember 2014 hopes to raise funds for and awareness about men’s sexual health issues, mental health issues and both testicular and prostate cancer. Using the ‘grow your mo’ tagline as a way to enlighten people globally about the health issues which affect thousands of men, the Movember movement hopes to spread important education and help research to continue. It will literally change the face of men’s health.

How do I get involved with Movember 2014?

Grow your mo during Movember and get sponsored to do so. You can commit and sign up here at the Movember site. You can also get your very own Mo Space to raise funds and awareness.

Talk to friends, share your link, donate funds yourself and get growing that mo! If you’re a Mo Sista you can still get involved. Think up some creative fund raising activities, share others’ fundraising efforts or join an existing Mo growing team.

• No beards, no goatees and no fake moustaches.
