It had been quite a while since I had last reviewed a lubricant for Cara, so when I saw in her Pleasure Panel list for August a new lubricant called Boy Butter (that I had never heard of) from Simply Pleasure I thought to myself that I would really like to give that a go.
I chose to test the YES OB Plant Oil Based Lube with my newest glass dildo which features a very large bulbous head. Normally I would only use a tint drop of water based lube on a glass toy but the sheer size of the head on this made me want to try something more substantial that was going to last.
In June’s Pleasure Panel Round, I was very lucky to be selected to review this YES OB Organic Plant Oil Based Lubricant from sextoys.co.uk by Cara Sutra, so thank you as always! I feel like lube is something you can never have enough of, and I don’t believe I have an oil-based lube in my collection already, so this seemed a good opportunity to try something new out…
By BeatingaroundtheBush: From the first moment I picked up The Butters All Natural Lube, I knew I was going to love it. It wasn't in a shiny, cheap, tube for starters. On first glance, it looks like the most natural luxury organic lube I've ever seen. The packaging is so simple, with a clear lid and black tub. Labelled very clearly, it lists all ingredients and benefits. It is truly perfect to behold.
By Lightweight Toucan: I was quite surprised when I opened my package, and a small, oval, black pot tumbled out. It looked similar to something Lush would make, so naturally The Butters All Natural Lube won me over with its simple, neat pot and white label.
By Cheshire Kink: Crisco is the brand name of a type of vegetable oil that is classed as “shortening”, which means that it is solid at room temperature….that’s the science out of the way. The packaging is well urm… food packaging and includes ingredients and even a Shortcake recipe!
By Cara Sutra: Ever wanted a body-safe version of a Mint Aero which you could smear all over your genitalia during sex? You’re in luck. This Sex Butter from Crowned Jewels smells exactly like a Mint Aero and the good news is the formulation is safe to use for massage, foreplay and even penetrative sex.
By Kittykat102 I don't have much experience with orgasm balms at all, the first one I ever tried was horrible because it contained menthol (yay for on fire vagina!). So when Cara offered me the ON Female Natural Arousal Balm by Sensuva from harmonystore.co.uk to review, I had a quick read of what it contained and there was no menthol!
By Minxy Mischief I'd like to thank Cara for sending me some Swiss Navy Masturbation Cream and the Swiss Navy Massage Cream. On receiving the Swiss Navy massage cream and Swiss Navy masturbation cream I had a look at the ingredients and realised they were in fact the same thing! The only difference is that the masturbation cream says it's not for use with condoms and doesn't contain spermicide.
By Cara Sutra: Swiss Navy Massage Cream review... and a Swiss Navy Masturbation Cream review too. Dual review as these two products are in fact... the same thing!
By Lightweight Toucan: The Swiss Navy Masturbation Cream slipped out on to my fingers, it didn't drip or try to escape and ruin my clean sheets, but stayed where I had put it. It also didn't try to slide straight off my clit and down my backside, unlike some more lively, watery lubes, and what a plus this is!
The delicate and gentle infusion is harmonious to an intimate session, adding a fragrant air rather than a layer which tries to supersede the natural senses. It does not interfere with your arousal; instead you're able to lay back and enjoy your sexual activity whether alone or with your partner, reassured by the knowledge that this lubricant contains only natural ingredients.
All Yes lubricants are glycerin and paraben free, as well as free from hormones, glycols, preservatives, silicone, petrochemicals, arginine, grapefruit seed extract and other known skin irritants.
