Satisfyer Partner Whale Rechargeable Couple’s Vibrator Review

By Pleasure Panel reviewer Tim Cash

We have been wondering about couple’s vibrators for a while, so we decided to give one a go when this Satisfyer Partner Whale Rechargeable Couple’s Vibrator from Bondara appeared on Cara Sutra’s Pleasure Panel. It seemed like a great idea. Stimulating her in several erogenous zones, whilst making her feel tighter and adding stimulation to me.

The packaging for the Satisfyer Partner Whale Rechargeable Couple’s Vibrator was nice and simple with a classy edge. It seems to have been designed for couples looking for something non-threatening to spice up the love life. There was very little information, just a tasteful sketch to show where it goes.

Inside the box, along with the couple’s vibrator, there was an instruction manual, and a charger. The charger is quite ingenious, using magnets to connect to the vibrator. I assume that this was done to keep it waterproof. The instruction manual gave the basic user information.

The Satisfyer Partner Whale Rechargeable Couple’s Vibrator looked nice and simple, with a quality silicone surface and a single button. It does bend, which I had been wondering about. I had been concerned that a rigid V shape would not sit comfortably for the majority of people, but the flexibility near the bend suggested that it should work for most anatomies. With the stripy section, it did suggest the shape of a blue whale, hence it’s name.

The vibrations are started by holding the single button down for about 2 seconds. The force needed, and length of time needed suggested to me to make sure that it was turned on before putting it into play. You then push the button to cycle through the 11 functions. There are 2 motors, one in each ‘leg’ of the vibrator, so we had a lot of choices.

What seemed strange was that the first setting was very high, then the next 2 got progressively weaker. We usually like to start low and build up, but it is not really an option with the Whale. To get from a low setting to a high one, you would have to work through 10 other settings to get to the next highest. This is not easy if it is in place as the button takes a good firm press to change setting.

Using the Satisfyer Partner Whale Rechargeable Couple’s Vibrator

After charging it to full using the USB cable, as the instructions insist has to be done before first use, we put the Satisfyer Partner Whale Rechargeable Couple’s Vibrator into action.

This was harder than expected. The large flat section with the button obviously goes on the outside, with the thinner bit in the inside, pressing on the G spot. We did find that with the Whale in place, I couldn’t enter her. There just wasn’t space. After a lot of warming up and stretching, we did manage to get both me and the Whale in. This wouldn’t have been an issue, as we did not mind spending time in such activities, but then we found out that the Whale would just not stay in place. No matter how it was positioned, it just kept on falling out. I don’t know if it was due to her anatomy, or is a more general issue, but we could not get it to work.

In the end, we just used the Satisfyer Partner Whale Rechargeable Couple’s Vibrator as a hand held vibrator with a useful handle.

Make sure that it is cleaned well after use. There are a lot of details and nooks in the silicone which fluids could be stuck in. Use a good sex toy cleaner to get it nice and clean again.

Conclusion

Please remember that it may vary depending on your anatomy, but we found that in our case, the Satisfyer Partner Whale Rechargeable Couple’s Vibrator just wasn’t suitable. This was disappointing as it’s a great idea, generally pretty well made with good vibrator motors. Plus it looks like a little blue whale, which is fun!

4/10
