Whooper Swan Luxury Rabbit Vibrator

Whooper Swan luxury rabbit vibrator

There were two things that went through my mind instantly when I received the Whooper Swan vibrator to test and review from Simply Pleasure. Firstly, it’s PINK. Secondly, it’s a rabbit vibrator.

The audacity! The shame! The terrible, world ending calamity! Doom, epic doom with plagues and floods and lakes of fire.

After my medication, I took a second glance over the Whooper Swan. It felt quite nice actually. Ok so it is pink in colour but at least it’s not powder pink, apologetic pink, that feminine pink that graceful petite girls (ie. not me) lust after. No; this is bright. An almost neon, in your FACE shocking pink with a touch of RARGH and a lot of oomph. It turns out that that’s pretty acceptable to me.

By the way, the toy I received is a tester/sample Whooper Swan which came brand new just not in the usual retail packaging, hence the transparent polythene in the pics instead of a snazzy box. It came with the mains charging lead and the funky slide on plugs which allows the lead to adapt to UK or other power variants. Good for travelling pleasure seekers!

The only thing I need to source for it now is a lil pouch to stop the chance of any disintegration if I were to store it next to other silicone toys – or any jelly/TPR etc if I had any of those. Which I don’t.

The material is smooth silicone, which feels almost velvety to the touch. It’s non porous and resists water and any liquid well, and water based lubricant nicely coats the surface to help glide the vibrator inside. There are no scary phthalates to worry about and no latex for those who suffer from latex allergy.

The shape of the Whooper Swan seduced me pretty effectively from the start, with a curved and tapered body design on both the vaginally penetrating shaft and the clitoral stimulator. The two areas curve towards each other and you can imagine how well they will cradle the clitoris and stimulate the G-spot inside all at once.

Measurements

Maximum shaft  circumference: 4.9 inches

I got started first of all by checking out how to power up my new Swan vibrator. It’s a rechargeable sex toy so it came with the mains charging lead supplied. You plug the jack pin into the small port designed for it, on the back of the vibrator. As you’re charging up the Whooper vibrator, there is an LED within the material just below the port which lights up to let you know that charging is occurring.

There are two buttons to the base of the front, one which controls the vibrations through the shaft while the other controls the vibrations of the clitoral stimulator.

Unlike other, more traditional rabbit vibrators, the clitoral stimulator on the Whooper Swan does not feature two ‘rabbit ears.’ Instead, it is a more modern, sleek and in my opinion, more effective sizable vibrating nub. This has a tapered, rounded tip to give a precise stimulation to your most sensitive sexual area.

The shaft is reminiscent of many other high end, designer G-spot vibrators and top brand sex toys. It has a smooth surface, intelligent curve to connect with and stimulate the female G-spot and a girth guaranteed to feel incredibly pleasurable once it slides into place, regardless of whether the vibrations are switched on or not.

Although the Whooper Swan Vibrator is a designer, high end sex toy, it is easy to figure out and use straight away – ok, once it’s charged up anyway. Unlike some of the more technical sex toys out there (looking at you, LELO Insignia) you don’t have to spend an hour at your desk before a session, poring over the manual to make sure you 1) know where all the bits go and 2) figure out how you’re meant to operate the bloody thing. Nope, the Whooper Swan proudly boasts two buttons. That’s it. Press one to power up the clit stim and the other to power up the penetrative shaft. Press and hold to power up; quick click to turn your chosen area off. This means you can choose to have the shaft vibrating internally as well as the clit stim vibrating externally, or just the shaft vibrating, or just the clit stim. The choice is yours.

Personally, I love this set up. After an orgasm I don’t like the vibrations against my clitoris anymore but I might want the vibrations in my vagina to carry on and not immediately stop. It feels a bit callous (not calloused, note) to just quit all stimulation immediately but my clitoral nerve endings can’t always take any more vibration. With the Whooper Swan I can gently float down from your orgasm with the vibrations in one area still going.

Power? The Whooper Swan packs a bunch. It’s the same motor and vibration power as the Palm Power magic wand vibrator, which uses PowerBullet technology. This is a jazzy name for a specially designed motor from BMS Factory, and although I don’t buy into fancy names for something plain and simple, I can assure you that this is one super powerful motor they’ve created here. The most powerful I have come across (or over) for a long time, in fact.

The only negative things I have to say about the Whooper Swan is that there is a slight ridge, a seam around the length of the vibrator where the two halves have been moulded to each other. I thought it was meant to be seamless silicone but it isn’t – there is a definite seam. It doesn’t bother me too much and I couldn’t feel any ridge once it was inserted, but I had to state this fact. Also, although the mode of operation is simple and the power is OMFG crazy powerful, once you press and hold to the intensity you desire, you can’t scroll back down to a lower vibration setting. You need to ‘quick-click’ off and restart from zero to ‘personal choice vibration level’ once again. This does only take a couple of seconds but still, it might be an issue for some. We’re talking about a £80 rabbit vibrator, after all.

A big plus point, for me anyway, is that the Whooper Swan vibrator is fully waterproof. Well, submersible, which means don’t take it deep sea diving with you but you can enjoy a good old splashy romp in the bath or shower. Or hot tub, if you’re one of those annoying people that have one. Damn you. Anyway. I do like to combine a nice personal playtime with my morning (or afternoon, or evening) shower in the luxury of my own personal en-suite, so waterproof sex toys are a WIN for me. Quite frankly it’s amazing I have any room left to actually shower in my shower. I need a few shelves putting up in there just for sex toys.

Right so – getting down to the real details. How did it feel? As I’ve mentioned, I was quite cynical about the Whooper Swan as I famously don’t get on with nor have any respect for rabbit vibrators (in general. Not going to turn down a LELO Ina or Insignia Soraya. *whistles nonchalantly*). Still, I did want a Swan vibrator and had heard only good feedback about them so I went for my dry run session (ie. not in the shower this time) with an open mind and a bottle of my fave water based Give Lube sex lubricant to hand. Obviously you can’t use silicone lubricant with silicone sex toys, it will damage the material.

Sliding the lubed up tip of the shaft between my lips (yes, those ones) the Whooper Swan glided gracefully inside and the clitoral stimulator came to rest in the right place externally once the shaft was buried within. It fit me like a latex glove to a medical fetish Dominatrix. Highly unusual, as traditional rabbit vibrators have been so disproportionate that I have in the past suffered a ripped clitoral hood on several occasions, the neck of the rabbits have bent out of place or snapped and the shafts have been either too big or too little. They are usually far too hefty to comfortably wield too, but the Whooper Swan is nice and light, probably due to not being full of a shop’s worth of double A’s.

Once the Whooper Swan is in place inside, the buttons on the handle are easy to locate as they are convex and soft press. Press and hold the one nearest to you, to power the internal shaft, while the one beneath it powers the clitoral stimulator. While you’re pressing and holding there is a red LED which will flash under the button, when you reach your desired intensity the red LED will emit a steady glow to show it’s on, which means you can’t accidentally leave it on during storage.
I kept pressing until max power was reached on both areas then lay back and shuddered to the inevitable climax in under a minute. Perfection.

The internal shaft hugs the G-spot area nicely, vibrating against it in an almost pulsation like motion which is very stimulating. The smooth clitoral stimulator means you can press it against your clitoris as hard as you like without any risk of discomfort or pain while still enjoying the powerful vibration.

In summary I found the Whooper Swan a very satisfactory vibrator which gives me a guaranteed orgasm every time, with uber powerful vibrations thanks to the same power as that behind the Palm Power wand, another favourite sex toy of mine. What I do need to do now is source a LEAF vibrator as apparently they have the PowerBullet technology behind their vibrations too. We shall see!

After use, I just rinse the Whooper Swan and use my anti-bacterial sex toy cleaner on it, spray on, leave and rinse off to keep it at the optimum hygiene level for intimate use. This isn’t really a couples toy, although I’m sure any partner would love to watch you enjoying it. There are better sex toys out there for that though. For me, this is a personal saviour to those afternoon moments where I need an orgasm, now, and fast. Slip away, enjoy the whisper quiet vibes and explode into a myriad of pleasure fragments before carrying on the day.

Completely worth every penny of it’s price tag and, even better, it’s only £80 here at Simply Pleasure, with free discreet postage to the UK. Own this’n, or take your pick from the amazingly large range of differing styles of Swan Vibrator. They seem to have every angle covered – literally!

  1. Hi! First of all thank you for this review. There aren’t many out there and I’m certainly not spending this kind without doing a little research. I kind of have bad experiences with vibrators claiming they can last up to .. hours. And then when it comes down to it the battery just dies after 30 min or so. I was wondering if you tried using multiple times without having to recharge? So, does the battery last a fair amount of time? I believe it’s supposed to last 6 hours after charging for 3..
    greetz!
