The Nexus Ultra Si Prostate Stimulator rocked my world! I’ve been wanting to get my hands on a Nexus product for some time and the Ultra Si definitely did not disappoint. I tend to be someone who enjoys vibrations with my prostate toys, but I’ve heard of how great toys like the Nexus products or Aneros products can use only your body’s natural movements/contractions to “power” the toy. The Nexus Ultra Si Prostate Stimulator is my new favorite prostate toy and I’ll definitely recommend it to anyone interested in prostate play.

The Nexus Ultra Si Prostate Stimulator has a length of about 5.3 inches and a circumference of about 3.6 inches (that’s circumference so all the way around the widest part. The width of the Ultra may seem like a bit much for some, but it really isn’t as bad as it looks. It might be a slight challenge for those new to anal play, but because of the way the “head” is shaped, I found it to be easily insertable and think anyone will be able to get it slipped in with plenty of lube and a little patience.
The front arm of the Nexus Ultra Si Prostate Stimulator has a rolling metal ball that is supposed to simulate gently licking on the perineum when in use. I’m not sure I noticed a licking sensation as when I inserted the toy, my body immediately tries to pull the whole toy inside me, so the ball ends up tight against my perineum. The ball does make the toy move around easier, which helps prevent discomfort or painful pressure on my skin.
The stainless steel ball can also be removed and replaced with a Nexus iStim attachment to be paired with the ElectroSex system. Since I don’t have that system, I didn’t try it & I’m not able to speak to its use with that system. The real highlight of this massager for me was the back arm of the toy. It is just long enough that when you’re lying down on the bed/floor/couch/etc. it allows you to move the toy around hands free. I’ll speak more on this in my experience section, but let me just say, “WOW!”
The Nexus Ultra Si Prostate Stimulator is made using polypropylene to give the massager firmness and then wrapped in a luxuriously soft silicone. It really has a fantastic feel in-hand. Not only does it feel great, but it is also easy to clean because of these materials. Silicone can be cleaned easily using toy cleaners, soapy water, boiling it, or washing it in the dishwasher. The ball is stainless steel as well, making it easily cleanable in similar ways. It’s wonderful to have a toy that gets the job done so well and then doesn’t require much effort to clean after the fun is over.
This Nexus Ultra Si Prostate Stimulator really blew me away. It is made just right for me, so when I slip it in, the head is pressing against my prostate as it should, and the steel ball is massaging my prostate externally by rubbing against my perineum. The sensation is really amazing since it works using your body’s natural movements. As you experience pleasure from the massager, your pelvic region will naturally contract, which pulls the massager deeper inside and rubs the head along your prostate. At the same time, the steel ball is rolling along your perineum to provide pressure to your prostate on both sides.
Then there’s the back arm. The back arm is just long enough that when you move around on whatever surface you’re lying on, it pushes against the arm causing the toy to shift around inside of you. The steel ball allows the massager to move around when this happens so the toy can shift all over, allowing you to stimulate your prostate further than just the back and forth rubbing that your pelvis contracting would normally provide. The feeling is out of this world!
I’ve never been able to ejaculate without manual stimulation (ie. – hands) and sadly this toy didn’t break that cycle, but I really thought I could almost get there with the Nexus Ultra Si Prostate Stimulator. I think this massager has been as close as any, and I’ll keep trying to get to that point. It just feels so incredible to be able to stimulate my prostate by simply rocking my hips back and forth.
I can’t rave about the Nexus Ultra Si Prostate Stimulator enough! It’s the best prostate massager I’ve ever used and that amazes me considering there’s no vibrations in it. It’s all natural body motions here. It is fantastic for solo use, but I think it would be equally as great with a partner. They can sit back and enjoy the show you put on or join in and really take you over the top. The size is not as bad as it looks and I think most people will not have a problem with it if they use plenty of lube and relax a bit before inserting it. I think the shaft is about the perfect size and should hit most prostates. Try this one out, even if you’re a vibrations guy like I was. You might be surprised!
