Loving Joy Bound Nubuck Leather Flogger Review

The Loving Joy Bound Nubuck Leather Flogger is, at first glance, an excellently well made and put together flogger. Further examination confirms this as the thirty-six, 18.5 inch falls are secure in the sturdy, leather wrapped handle (9 inches long), the wrist wrap reaches from one end of the handle to the other for a full range of motion, and the feeling of the falls is delightfully soft against one’s skin. It makes me shiver a little just thinking about it.
Upon use, it became apparent that the Loving Joy Bound Nubuck Leather Flogger can pull its weight so to speak and is good for both thuddy and stingy hits, soft play, and firm correction. It certainly isn’t the heaviest flogger out there, nor the lightest, but I quite enjoyed the varied sensations that my partner was able to pepper across my rear end with it. And when it stung, it really stung, but those thuddy hits were oh so nice as well. I could easily tell the difference between this types of hits that were being delivered and which were to my liking or not, which can’t always be said for every flogger out there. This flogger does not mince words (or is that hits?) and gives all its got to make sure you get all you deserve!
I did notice two things, however, that were a bit frustrating about this particular flogger and that was just how easily the falls seemed to tangle compared to another flogger I have and, the bigger problem here, the dye on the falls was rubbing off onto my partner’s hand.
Additionally the leather was shedding a bit so the hand they had to use to untangle the falls was pretty dirty by the end of our first use of the flogger. They reported that it took a fair bit of scrubbing to remove the dye and indicated that there was a bit of it striped across my derriere from the hits that I took as well. That means that this toy has to be stored away from other toys so as not to stain or otherwise damage them. Just something to be aware of.
Also, being a leather toy, the Loving Joy Bound Nubuck Leather Flogger is a bit of a sponge and will soak up any liquid such as lubricant or bodily fluids that might get on it. Of course, that makes this toy a single person toy as it cannot be safely cleaned and sterilized for use with multiple people.
Overall, the Loving Joy Bound Nubuck Leather Flogger is an excellent addition to any well stocked toy collection, and is definitely worth consideration if you’re looking for a good multipurpose flogger that won’t break the bank.
