I’ve been adding various interesting pieces to my lingerie collection recently, and the Lovehoney Seduce Me Lingerie collection stood out to me because of the push-up/cleavage enhancing elements plus the flattering shape of the rest of the garments. My first choice was the Lovehoney Seduce Me Push Up Plunge Dressand I absolutely love it.
Delivery & Packaging
As with all my deliveries from Lovehoney, the Lovehoney Seduce Me Push Up Bra arrived fast, and was securely & discreetly packaged. Like the Seduce Me Dress – and indeed the Seduce Me Chemise in Red which I’ll review soon – the Lovehoney Seduce Me Push Up Bra came simply packaged in a transparent plastic outer. I don’t need a box or hanger in any case; less to recycle and I don’t store my bras on hangers.
First Impressions
The Lovehoney Seduce Me Push Up Bra is really a replica of the bust area of the Seduce Me Push Up Plunge Dress, which is understandable as it’s part of the same range. If you’re taken with the look of this collection and want to own a few pieces from it (like I did) then this gives you fantastic choice. The dress isn’t suitable to wear everywhere, after all. The bra can easily be worn underneath day outfits, then carry you into effortless evening elegance when teamed with suitable accessories.
Design
What helps to create the push-up effect is the padding in the cups of the Lovehoney Seduce Me Push Up Bra. The padding continues all over the cups, with a noticeably thicker padded area on the insides of the bottom of each one. As my breasts sit in the cups, they’re pushed up and together creating that alluring plunge cleavage effect.
Between the cups and at the front of each shoulder strap is a pink bow, a highlight which is picked up by the detailing down each cup too. The central bow also has a small Lovehoney heart logo hanging from it, which is both cute and clever. On the sides of the bra are pretty lace panels which stretch to fit your form and give a seductive glimpse of your skin beneath.
Fit
The shoulder straps of the Lovehoney Seduce Me Push Up Bra are similar to the Seduce Me Push Up Plunge Dress. Wider and covered with microfibre at the front for comfort and added luxurious appeal, they revert to traditional bra straps at the rear which can be adjusted as required. Instead of the traditional hook and eye fastening in the centre of the back, however, there’s two adjustable straps which hook into vertical loops on the other side – much the way strapless bra straps hook in and out of loops. It gives the bra something else that’s a bit different – and it might make the bra easier to remove for your partner!
My only problem with the Lovehoney Seduce Me Push Up Bra is the same issue I have with the rest of the items I own from the collection. The cup sizes are made to fit some pre-decided standard of Small, Medium or Large, rather than the traditional bra cup sizes which fit each bra-wearing person as closely as possible. As I said in my Seduce Me Push Up Plunge Dress review, I can understand why this decision was made – but that doesn’t make it any less frustrating for the end customer. I believe that any underwired item of lingerie for sale should be available in specific cup sizes rather than these (potentially disappointing to many) dress size labels.
Although I can wear the Lovehoney Seduce Me Push Up Bra and it gives me a great cleavage effect, I feel that I’m very lucky it does so. I’m a UK dress size 12 at the moment, with 34DD/34E bra size. My boobs are slightly too big for the bra and I do have to tuck them back in occasionally – this bra isn’t as comfortable or secure feeling as those I’ve bought in my specific bra size.

Despite my minor reservation, I feel the Lovehoney Seduce Me Push Up Bra is a very pretty addition to my lingerie drawer. I’m pleased that I can enjoy wearing a part of the range under everyday wear, rather than only in a bedroom/play session environment. As bras go, it’s not too expensive at less than £20 – and if it doesn’t fit you perfectly, at least you can take advantage of Lovehoney’s brilliant no-quibble returns service.
