Kinx Spritz Toy Cleaner Review

Kinx Spritz Toy Cleaner review by Crimescene

Life having become particularly ‘busy’ recently, I have been unable to review any items for the Pleasure Panel for a few months. Things have died down a little now, so I jumped at the chance to review an item for Cara on behalf of the Pleasure Panel. As always, the month’s round was exquisite, providing a wide range of items for every type of person.

Cara selected me to review the Kinx Spritz Toy Cleaner. I was starting to run low on toy cleaner and you can never have too much of the stuff! The toy cleaner was sent discreetly in a clear zip-lock bag to prevent spillages, which was sent inside a jiffy bag to protect it during postal transit. It arrived extremely quickly as it always does.

The Kinx Spritz Toy Cleaner is available in three different sizes: 50ml, 100ml and 150ml. I was lucky enough to receive the 150ml bottle to review! It is available on Simply Pleasure from £5.95 – a very affordable price in my opinion, only going up by £2 for the largest size (ooh arr!). The bottles are made of plastic with a pump securely screwed on to allow you to spray the product. A resealable cap prevents the pump from being accidentally sprayed. I have had no leakages so far.

The Kinx Spritz Toy Cleaner is attractive to look at. The bottle is clear, with purple and white detailing. There is a picture of liquid on the front and beneath it proudly declares to be paraben and alcohol free. The only issue I found with the bottle being entirely clear is that the lack of a label made it very hard to read the information on it. I had to position the bottle so nothing was visible behind it (such as my hand, or the writing on the opposite side of the bottle). This does not affect overall use of the product and the information is still legible on closer inspection.

Further information is presented on the bottle: ingredients (<5% – Non-ionic surfactants – Anionic surfactants; Methylchloroisothiazolinone and Methylisothiazolinone), directions and warnings. I have no idea what the ingredients listed are, but I have provided them in case you would like to research them before purchasing. I was pleased to see the bottle contained a batch number, alongside the barcode and contact information for the company.

To use the Kinx Spritz Toy Cleaner, simply spray it directly onto the toy you want to clean, rub it in, and either wipe it off with a damp cloth or rinse thoroughly. I prefer to spray it, leave it a few seconds, then wash the toy well under warm/hot water. The spray leaves no marks or scent, and is anti-bacterial. This helps preserve your toys and keep them hygienic.

I am very impressed with the Kinx Spritz Toy Cleaner. Not only does it perform well, it comes in attractive packaging and a very affordable price tag. The selection of bottle sizes is also very convenient and not something many sex toy companies offer.

10/10
