The Aneros Progasm Classic Prostate Massager is not my first anal sex toy. As a bisexual man I have experimented a lot and my female partner loves experimenting anally with me too. I have tried the Aneros Helix before which is a little smaller and for a beginner you might want to start with the Helix. The Helix will hit the magical ‘p’ spot for guys but it doesn’t feel so full and satisfying as the Aneros Progasm Classic.

The Aneros Progasm Classic Prostate Massager is smooth, solid white plastic. There is black available too which can be more erotic for the senses. When using this, it’s good to get it nice and warm first otherwise you might clench up a bit and not feel so relaxed. That makes you more tense and the experience isn’t as good.
This toy needs lots of lube to get it sliding around nicely. It can be inserted slowly straight away once lubed up, but there’s lots more fun to get a bit of finger action in first before you go for the full play. The taper on the top of the toy is nicely angled so it glides in firmly but softly.
Give the Aneros Progasm Classic Prostate Massager a good firm push and it will go all the way in. First timers might want to try this on all fours, or on back with legs raised. Once it’s in relax for a moment and let it fill you. For me it was satisfyingly big especially compared to the little brother the Helix. I could feel this right away on my p spot. A really good feature of this toy is once in, there is a nice nobbly bit that rests on the perineum heightening pleasure and for an added ‘squirm’ factor.
The Aneros Progasm Classic Prostate Massager feels great on its own and with lots of lube and wriggling about it’s possible for an experienced user to get a hands-free orgasm. Don’t expect this straight away or even after a lot of use, I’ve never had one. However it’s great using whilst masturbating and also during sex for a fuller, really intense feeling. Expect a significantly heightened orgasm using one of these.
Cleaning the Aneros Progasm Classic Prostate Massager is easy enough; I find a good wash with soap in the sink to be enough, for good measure I wipe it down and use a little alcohol hand gel to keep it fresh. For the price – there are cheaper, but I find this well worth it and I’d happily buy again. It’s the gift that keeps on giving for men.
